Chicken wings, I don't actually like chicken wings but at the time it seemed like a good idea and it turned out to be an okay choice. I think there was a football or some sports game going on so the inside dining area was louder than an authentic Chinese restaurant so I asked to be seated outside. The service was fantastic and the waitress constantly filled my water, asked if I needed anything else and was super accommodating to my need to have 5 different sauces on the side. I will come here of I ever decide I want chicken wings again. For some reason their drink menu doesn't have prices.

This place sucks Horrible service, makes me want to kill myself when I look at the workers faces FCKN smile There was also chicken in my water, so unsanitary

Came in Friday night, was not too busy but somehow our waiter or the cooking staff messed up our order, but Henry (the shift leader), went out of his way to fix the problem even though it was NOT his fault. I thought it was very nice of him to go completely out of his way for a mistake he did not do. He kept apologizing and making us feel like we were taken care of, even though he was not our waiter. He came to our table multiple times to make sure we were doing okay. I really appreciated how he handled the situation. He took better care of us than our waiter. Also, the hosts working that night were very pleasant. Not ride compared to others I have encountered at other locations.

Whenever I come here, service is ALWAYS TERRIBLE and I've been here on both slow and busy days. Not to mention, the food always takes awhile to come out (& I'm a very patient person!). Food quality is a hit or miss. Sometimes, my quesadilla is good and sometimes its dry. Same goes for the wings!? What's happening in the kitchen?? One time, I ordered a drink for my girlfriend's 25th birthday and the waitress checked her ID. 5 minutes later.. the manager came out and asked to check her ID again .. she looked at it and then rudely said "Your birthday is on the 16th? Today is the 15th". My friend got annoyed and said "Yeh, but I'm 25".. the manager had to look at the ID again.. really!? Not a big deal to me.. I just didn't like her tone of voice. I recommend sitting at the bar or ordering to-go. Dining in isn't worth your time.

The worst service ever ! On a Wednesday I can count how many people were there. Front the time we sat down to when we had to get the bill. I timed the process of how long it took to get our bill - 15 minutes & really in a Wednesday not even a full restaurant ! I can see why the low stars now- come on up your game ! You have great food & drinks ! But let's get the customer service to a higher level. Sorry this probably going to be my last visit due to the lack of service from start to finish - good luck! Maybe with NFL football season things might get better

The service was ok. My first time going in here or eating at any Buffalo Wild Wings at all. This review was mostly for the food.. Ordered chicken strips with the queso cheese fries side.. $11 bucks for that, and then $3.25 for a regular sized drink? Too pricey. I only ate there due to lack of quick options.. Thought I'd order boneless wings but those were also pricey .. I bought some food to share with the girls, and the chicken was much too battered.. There needs to be a low- moderate amount of batter on fried food before it starts giving you the runs.. No thanks! My tummy was tossing all night after that meal.. Oh- and don't order the Parmesan garlic dip! Salty as hell.. Yuk. I did some ranch and that was enough.. Fries with queso were decent.. This queso tasted much more like thousand island dressing.. Another No thanks for this little lady.. Will I return? Unlikely.. This was a last resort " the closest restaurant" option..

This place can't seem to ever get my order right lol. First time I ordered 10 wings Togo they gave me only 5 and when I told then they said Oh that happens. Second time I asked the waitress if a item was happy hour she said yes when the bill came it was full priced and she said oh sorry I forgot it wasn't part of happy hour Third time I order 10 and they come out with 5 again LOL are you serious haha horrible service

I actually dedicate these stars to Craig and his services like he's one of the sweetest and most caring waiters I've ever met. It's weird to see that a lot of people give this place such bad reviews but I've never once had a problem here with anything besides the food coming out in 30 minutes in two occasions but eh. Anyways I'd suggest for people to come on specific days where it's not too crowded so maybe they'll have better service?

Unbelievably bad service. I am not one to make a bad review, but holy cow. I work in a customer service environment so I give the workers the benefit of the doubt- maybe they are understaffed (even though it looks like there are so many workers), who knows- but I cannot believe how every single experience I have had here was horrible. You get seated quickly but there's no organization and they can't seem to prioritize their tables needs. We asked for ranch from three different people and it finally came after thirty to forty minutes with no apologies. The other time, I ordered a salad that had disgusting romaine leaves and random red sauce (it was a Caesar salad). I asked for another and got it a year later. I used to come here every tuesday for wings and good times since I live so close by. Bdubs used to be the bomb and this location has me so turned off that I refuse to go back again.

On a typical Tuesday night I was gravely expecting to get some subpar service for chicken wings but what I received instead was worse than all 7 stages of Dantes hell. service here was unbearably slow (took 25 minutes to take my order)

  • Trisha V.

Everytime I come to this location, service is so slow...My cousin and I came in before three other parties and ordered less than them but all three parties got their food before we did. I think we had to wait for thirty minutes for ten wings and the smallest serving of fries that they offer. If they were extremely busy, I'd totally understand but it wasn't even that busy... Our server was pretty funny though, so I'll give them that. Also, the wings themselves are pretty good. I recommend medium and Asian Zing!

    (3)
  • Brianna S.

First timer and I didn't think it was too bad. I forgot our servers name, but I thought she did pretty good. Checked backup on us a good amount of times. It was a Wednesday, they didn't have the wing Wednesday going on but it was slow inside so we had good service that day. A medium basket of wings, chicken sandwhich, and mozzarella sticks came out to $37.. For two people. Wouldn't go back by choice. I do suggest the sauce "Asian zing" it's a sweet and spicy kind of sause.

The service is the worst in the world. I mean I've had some bad service but this is just ridiculous. If it was possible I would give this place zero stars based on the service.

    (1)
  • Margarita C.

The only reason they get even one star is because they carry the name Buffalo Wild Wings and because the manager was actually cool and discounted us for the horrible service we received. To start things off we get seated in a dark corner like nobody wants us here. Secondly they take for ever to get our drinks ordered and even longer to bring them out. Then forget about the food. We could've gone shopping for an hour and then come back and maybe our food would've been ready. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT COME TO THIS BWW!

Worst service ever. Went on a random weekday night when it was DEAD. Got corn dogs for my 5 year old and a sandwich for myself. The waitress was very sweet (Daisy), but TERRIBLE. Come to find out she was new, and our meal took 1 hr and 30 min and it was dead there. Every time we asked for something, it took her 15 minutes to bring it. My son's drink finally came after his meal was brought, she messed up my order and it took 15 minutes to fix. Asked for a plate, took her 15 minutes to bring it. We had to keep asking for help from all the other servers because she was always MIA. Asked for the bill, and 20 minutes went by. Finally got so sick of it, I went up to the front and was pissed, saying she was never around and it was taking so long to get anything, I just wanted to pay my bill and leave! They were extremely rude, yelled at ME saying she was "new" and to leave her alone. She should NOT have been on her own if this is the service she is providing when she had 2 tables to attend to!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK

If I could give 0 stars I would. Last night my friends and I decided to grab some drinks at bww. I was starving and excited to get some food in my stomach. Unfortunately the food and the service was horrible. We were seated right away because barely anyone was there last night. We waited awhile and had about 3 servers tell us that they would be helping us that night because so and so went on their break. Finally after we got a server to get our order in, we ended up waiting so long for our food despite how slow they were. We never got our utensils to eat either we had to get our server to bring them over finally. A guy probably the shift leader kept coming up to us and asking how we were doing at least 3 times making it awkward for us to say anything because he came up every time our server was there. She must have been new because she told us our food was coming about 4 times and it came 20 to 30 minutes later. I ordered the shrimp tacos that pretty much looked like tacos from a kids meal. Maybe the 3 tacos could add up to one decent taco hah! To top it off she split the bill wrong and to save her the awkwardness I just paid the more expensive part of the bill. She seemed so flustered I felt bad. Just avoid this place at all costs.

Asked at least 3 different servers to take our orders and all of them said they will "find our server for us" and walks away... wow... the worst service i have ever experienced in a restaurant. It took 20 mins for a server to come by and take our order... not coming back again...

Crappy service at the bar,be nice if your bartenders had customer service skills Apathetic service, couldn't be bothered to name the beers on tap,we had to ask to order appetizers. Employees and mgr too busy talking to each other ignoring customers Got food to go only 3 items and got home and the order was wrong Place itself is dark and doesn't look very clean This was thursday late afternoon on 9th of April. Second and last visit. My money is too valuable to spend on people that dont really care about taking care of business

  • Paxy D.

Service is soooo slow. I always come back for the wings, but I'm always late on my lunch hour. I would go here weekly if the service was decent. Refills are hard to come by. No salt just pepper on the table, no silverware, order wrong, service seems pissed that you ask. Every. Single. Time. Just so you know...

    (1)
  • Amy D.

Ordered lemon pepper wings and Parmesan garlic and there were barely any seasoning on it. It was so dry and I felt like I was eating dry plain wings. I went into the restroom to wash my hands and I saw a (girl) employee who went into the restroom the same time I did, went to the stall and did her business then came out and washed her hands for 5 seconds or less (not exaggerating) with just water then dried her hands with a paper towel then left the restroom to go clean up tables. That's just disgusting. If you work at a restaurant and you handle food you MUST wash your hands thoroughly with SOAP.

It was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings & overall the experience wasn't positive. It was a UFC fight night--Rousey v Zingano--so both the bar & restaurant were packed. They were charging an additional $10 per person, even if you dined-in at their restaurant. My friend ordered a beer according to our waiter's strong recommendation, however a couple minutes later he returned to let us know the bar had run out - bummer! After all that convincing, my friend was a little disappointed. Plus... how do they run out of a beer on tap at 7p on a Saturday night?? BWW - gotta be more prepared! Overall though our waiter was efficient, and the wings were good. However don't trust the hotness/mildness meter on the menu - Jammin' Jalepeno turned out WAY hotter than Caribbean Jerk. So... why the 1 star? Well, just as the headlining fight was about to start--like literally, JUST as the fight was about to start--all the TVs froze! And they stayed frozen. For about 2-3 minutes. Now this got everyone in the restaurant super riled-up and chanting until finally, a few minutes later... the audio comes through the speakers and we hear before we see - Rousey v Zingano ended in 14 seconds! The once excited crowd who paid $10 apiece to see the headlining fight was beyond MAD. So did BWW offer us a refund? Did they comp anything off the bill? NOPE. BWW took the money & ran. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The manager went around table-to-table, notifying every unsatisfied guest that the General Manager wasn't offering any kind of comps or apologies. Now that's not how a restaurant treats a clientele it cares about! I'll never return to BWW, for a fight or otherwise.

Humiliated by staff ! I am a senior citizen and went to this joint for a beer while my wife shopped before she would join me. They asked for my ID !! My license was with my wife so I asked to speak with the manager..He said no-go..It's the law ! That is a lie..I looked it up at the ABC website..I was here a few times, just 2 weeks ago, and no carding was involved. I think they just wanted to get rid of me because I told the waitress beer only...I fought a war for your sort !!

This location needs better training. they screwed up my togo order. Short by 2 wings, and the filled the blue cheese container only 1/2 way. One wing was really deformed. Last week, they forgot to put sauce on my wing order for Asian Zing and Moroccan Fire. I don't understand what is going on with their management.

The only reason I come here is because someone wants to come here on Tuesdays for their wing deals...otherwise I would never step foot in here ever again. I would gladly pick any other BWW location besides this one. First off, this place has the WORST service ever. Seriously whoever hired their servers is a nincompoop. Don't believe the reviews that say service was an A+ because out of all the times I came here, I thought a child could serve better. They take forever to come to your table for anything, never check up on your dining experience, and take forever just to do anything simple from bringing the check to even taking your order. For example, my friends and I were here and the table next to us was left dirty the WHOLE time we were dining. Since service here sucks balls, eating here takes obnoxiously long (we were there for over a hour), and they still left a table dirty filled with dishes and half eaten crappy wings. I'm surprised this place isn't infested with roaches. As for the actual wings, they're not that great. They taste like they got ripped out of the freezer and popped in the oven for a few minutes. Yet for some reason take forever to come to the table. If you do come here (not sure why you would considering how terrible the service is) the lemon pepper wings are decent, but that is seriously one of the most basic wing flavors. If they messed that up, they should just not make wings. Only plus is that there is free wifi.

This place obviously doesn't care about pleasing their customers and probably don't even realize that it'll affect whether people come back or not. My boyfriend received an email for a free snack size of wings. We ordered a small size, snack size, appetizer and drinks. When it came time to give our waitress the coupon she said she had to check with her manager. She comes back and says that they won't accept it bc it's not printed out and the email even says at the bottom to be printed. First: it says "must present a copy of this email to redeem offer." Is this not the original copy? It says nothing about it being "printed" or in paper form. Second: it's so easy to take off our snack size wings to make sure you're pleasing the customer. Buffalo Wild Wings... You should get your act together. You have a yelp score of 2.5 stars. You obviously don't give a sh*t and one day your bottom line is going to pay for that mentality. The kicker: your prices get higher and standard of service gets lower with each visit.

Waitress served regular wings even though I stated twice I wanted boneless wings. Newcastle beer was stale. Gets very crowded. Parking is difficult and you need to park in structure with drivers who think the lot is a race track. They charge 50 cents for celery and carrots plus another 50 cents for ranch dressing.

Been living in Huntington Beach/Fountain Valley for 14 years now and I've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings countless amounts of times. Their food is great but one thing I can not stand and has not improved is their service. Their service is complete sh*t. The waiters and waitresses have a bad attitude and they always take forever especially on the check. If you love wings and love sh*tty service this is the place for you

Came here around 9:20 pm and I was told the wait will be 30 - 45 minute wait. My party (of 9) and I waited for an hour; seeing parties come in and out. I came in and asked the host how much longer the wait will be. He said we will be next. Minutes went by and a large party who came after us were being called in. My friend went in and asked the host how much longer the wait will be he said the party at the table won't leave. We asked to change to the tables outside because only two small parties were out there. Once a large party left my friend came in once again to ask how much longer the wait will be cause we have be waiting for over an hour. The host told us there are 3 large parties ahead of us and told us we have to wait another 30 minutes. The wait was too long and the host keeps giving us false times. It was bull...

CRAIG is an AMAZING server! We came on a pretty busy night one fateful Tuesday and opted to seat ourselves in the bar area. Best. Decision. YET. There were only 2 servers that night working in this busy area, and it was then that we met the one and only, Craig. Despite it's slightly hectic situation, Craig was an excellent server! He was extremely friendly, funny, prompt, and attentive despite his busy situation. He even found time to chat with us, and it was during this time we found out it was his birthday! What an amazing sport, if it was my birthday and I was working I'd probably be very pouty. Hehe. Our experience with him was so great, and he definitely was so genuinely appreciative of us being great customers that he invited us to always ask for him when we eat at this location. &We do every time! This location can thank Craig for the 5 star review.

Always has bad service, but I enjoy the happy hour so I come back. Just expect the bad service. Happy hour is great! 3-6 and 11-close plus the deals on Tuesday's and Thursday's. 1/2 select appetizers and good deals on drinks!

I ordered 18 boneless wings for takeout and they said it will take 10-15 mins to finish but I got them 35-40 mins after I ordered. I was very upset because this was NOT the first time it happened. And they also got my order wrong, I didn't check it at the restaurant because I was already in a hurry.

    (1)

The service sucks and food took forever. Not to mention we were over charged on our bill. Gzzz. They need to get it together here?

It's always super packed at this location. I love their deal on Tuesdays for wings! Cheap wings and if you come early enough, there's always happy hour. Happy hour is between 3-6pm and between closing hours. I usually sit at the bar to avoid the long wait and crowded dining room area. Service is really slow and on some days it takes 30-45 minutes to get our order

  • Janel D.

The first time I went to this location it was HORRIBLE. Our server was rude and touchy PLUS forgot half our order and when it did arrive it was cold (We waited 30 mins for them) . I did explain to our new server and she gave us chips on the house. When I wrote a complaint the manager emailed to come back and be "Wowed" by their service but we left there again, not impressed. The servers at this location seem to either have lack of training and lack of customer service skills. I like BWW but I don't think I'll ever come back to this location, and I'd recommend others to do the same.

    (1)
  • Selina Y.

Never again will I order to-go orders from this place. I called in at 8 pm and they told me it will take 25 minutes. I got there and they told me they will check on my order. Then 15-20 minutes later they said they don't have our order and told me to continue waiting so they can check up on it. By the time I left with the food it was almost 10 pm. What kind of service is this. If they can't handle taking Togo orders they shouldn't even offer that as an option in the first pace. Don't even bother coming to this place. It's a complete mess and not only that they will purposely hang up on people that call in. The food that we got was a waste of money and tasted like crap.

My bf and I had a great time at this location. Our server, dillon, was on it and very helpful when it came to choosing drinks and flavors. A manager, with an awesome mustache (didnt catch his name) was also very friendly and attentive. Will Come back!

Here at the mayweather fight. Though it is madness here the service is excellent.... Only bad thing is the bartender sucks at her drinks!!! Long Island!/ spice Long Island taste exactly the same.... Like lemonade. So stick with shots and beer tonight of your here tonight!!!!

My review is just for our server. As far as the food goes it's BWW....you know what you're getting. We were there last night (5/13/15 at around 7) But our server, Hannah, was really great! She was super friendly, very informative and knowledgeable of the food and beer selections. She's just what any restaurant would want in a server. PS-Little short manager girl with the blonde hair is sexy

Holy crap went in on Labor Day we got seated immediately but no one came to take our order for 25 minutes it wasn't busy at all the worst service ever we never saw our waitress just ended up leaving with no dinner I wish I could give them no stars

Honestly, I think all Buffalo Wild Wings have the slowesssssst service ever.. I've been to multiple locations from here in Huntington Beach to Long Beach to Cerritos &they all are just really slow.... This Hb location is closest to me, but this review goes for pretty much all the BWW's cause I really think they're all the same with the food to the service. I've learned to give myself a longer time frame window for any later plans when going here, if that makes sense? Lol. The employees are nice. It's just the fact that they're all so slow.. I just don't understand. But I think you get the point that service is slow. LOL I can see it in the other reviews as well, hahaha As for the food, my boyfriend and I always get the same things. Traditional wings, all flats. We always stick to the few selected sauces we like and rotate between these sauces depending on our moods that day. Mango habanero, buffalo (dry rub), lemon pepper (dry rub), and asian zing. Those are our favorites. We've been leaning towards the dry rubs more and more lately, pretty good. We always get mango habanero cause that's my boyfriends must have, his very favorite. The intensity of spicyness for mango habanero definitely builds up, I can't handle having too much of the mango habanero but it's good. My favorite lately has been the buffalo dry rub. We've learned to stay away from the fries here. For some reason, they just kinda suck... Cold and tastes bleh. Onion rings aren't that great either. We usually get the potato 'chips' with the buffalo seasoning on it. They're basically just round potato slices with the same buffalo seasoning from the buffalo wings, but better than fries. I always must have my carrots and celery. My boyfriend doesn't like veggies so I get them all to myself heheh And now that I've been 21, beer is a must with my meal here! I've been growing to love the taste of beers now that I'm openly able to freely try the different types of beers out there lol Glad BWW has a good variety of drinks to try &choose from.

Negative stars are needed on yelp for this restaurant or should I say dump So this has happened twice You go in stand there for 10 mins then they have a 20 minute wait Then you sit and wait for 15 to 20 mins before you even get a damn water. You order takes about 30 mins for food to arrive then they charge you for ranch and don't bring it to you and you gotta ask about 15 times So last time I put on the receipt 0 tip and I put have a better service and you'll get a damn tip Never will go back

If you are craving wings, i suggest you go somewhere else or order to-go. This location's customer service is HORRIBLE. I was seriously cringing in my seat from the time our waitress came to us and to the time she gave us our check. First of all, she came at me and my friends like we were her high school enemies. She had the worst attitude on the face of the planet and i really wish i remembered her name. My friends told me they had her as their waitress last time and she was even rude that time. Maybe she had personal problems both times but she needs to separate her work life and personal life. BThe food wasnt even up to par which made our visit even worse. The wings were so dry that i kept dipping my wings in ranch to make them less dry.

The staff and managers should be embarrassed of themselves. The last 2 times I've been here we've had to ask for a waiter.. I get that the bar is self seating but it's not self serving. We came in on Saturday to watch the fight. We called ahead of time and were told the fight was free and got there and they tried to tell us we were going to have to pay $10 to stay after 7. First off, if I hadn't come to watch the fight, what are they gonna do if I stay past 7- kick me out? Everyone (5) at our table ordered mixed drinks, and none of them tasted as if there was any alcohol in them. When we brought it to the waiters attention the 1st time he just shrugged at us, then more friends came to meet us and they brought it up a second time and he again shrugged off our complaint. I was the manager in a restaurant for more than a year and this is seriously the worst customer service. If I'm going to pay $10 for a fucking mixed drink it better have some alcohol in it. We stayed for the fight and in the mean time our server changed. The new server introduced himself to us and asked if we needed anything and we said no. An hour goes by and our new server never checked on us again.. We stayed for the entire fight and never once were we checked on the entire time the fight was on. I like the atmosphere at BWW, and this is the only reason I come here, but from now on my money will be taken elsewhere.

Our Waiter stopped by our table once ever 20 minutes....forgot most of our meal....took about 15 minutes per drink order....even forgot waters after requesting them twice. To top it off, he a screwed up the bill really badly....over charged and everything. I like Buffalo Wild Wings, and i probably will come this one again....

  • Izacc G.

Service is terrible, been here numerous times with friends, food takes a considerable amount of time, service was so slow on one occasion that we decided just to leave our money on the table instead of waiting for our server any longer, shouldn't take 20 mins to come back for the bill.

    (1)
  • Courtney H.

I'll start by saying I don't why this place has such bad reviews....I mean it's Buffalo Wild Wings not Ruth Chris! I don't go here expecting 5 star service. I come to bdubs for the wings, beer && the game. Erika was our server she was great and very attentive. I love their jammin' jalapeño wings totally my favorite! They have a pretty good selection of beer on tap. Of course it can get crowded and extremely busy. They also have a great happy hour from 3 to 6 where margaritas are like $3 each cant beat that! Overall if you're going for wings && beer it's great.

Ugh. I love BWW. I really really do. Their wings are amazing. But this location is not so amazing. I was really excited because it's the closest one to my house, but I think if I can help it, I shall avoid this location like the plague. The first time I came in to do a to-go order because I still had about 45 minutes until my movie, I just wanted something small to hold me over. First off it took them forever to acknowledge me and the fact that I was standing at their to-go counter. I had to be like EXCUSE ME! after about 5 minutes, and them helping everyone that came in after me that was paying for their pick up. I asked if they still had their buffalo fries or whatever they were called. And the guy that was standing behind the counter was like 'What is that?' And I'm like it's fries with your hot wings cut on top amongst other things. And he looks at me and goes 'Pffttt, we never had wings in our frieds.' Uh excuse me, I'm sure I took a picture of it when you had it so let me just school you -.- But instead of wasting my time I was just appalled by his attitude. So I was like can I just see your menu then? So after looking it over I decided to get their Irish Fries. Paid for my order and they told me 10-15 minutes. Okay cool. I sit down and wait. About 15 minutes go by and I'm still sitting here waiting. I chalk it up to the fact that it was .70 wings Tuesday, so I decided to give it just a little more time. By now my movie showtime was inching closer and closer. I go up and ask the girl who took my order if it was ready. She asked me for my name again and looks behind her to the board of names for what I'm assuming is all take out order. She mouths oh shit! and I noticed that my name isn't even on the board. Apparently my food was ready but since my name wasn't on the board, they didn't bring it out? I'm only assuming because my food was kinda cold. Then about a weekish later, I forgot my lunch for work and decided to just order BWW again, cause I'm all about giving a place a second chance. I call in the order this time and they told me it'll be 10-15 minutes (Again giving the Irish Fries another shot). So I figured by the time that I walk over to BWW it should knock off like 5-7 minutes. And I wouldn't have to wait so long. I get there and pay for the fries and again I wait. So 15 minutes goes by from the time I hung up the phone with them. I have yet to see my food. I go and I ask them how much longer. The girl turns around and asks another guy to check on the food for me. Six minutes later (Yes I timed them) he comes out, looks at me, goes back to what he was doing. My boyfriend who came to visit me on lunch, decides enough is enough and asked for the manager. The previous guy finally comes over and tells me they're still working on my fries cause they got slammed with orders. Why did it take so long for you to even TELL me that?!?!?! By the time the manager gets out I have about 5 minutes left of my lunch. We told him what was going on and it's ridiculous that it would take 30 minutes for freaking fries! And we asked for a refund on the food. As he was processing my refund, my friends finally came out. He was nice enough to still give them to me, even though I had no time to eat it, and had to go back to closing my store on an empty stomach. On my last break I got to enjoy said fries, but when I opened the box I noticed there wasn't any bacon on my Irish fries! I'm so glad I didn't pay for them, cause I would have been extra pissed. You can't advertise something and then NOT include it. Sighs. I hope they can better train all of their staff, but until then I will just go to any other BWW.

Worst customer service ever!! Needs a better way to manage their boneless Thursday's. My group waited for an hour just to be seated and even then we had to keep on asking about our table! We've been sitting at our table for 40 minutes and we barely got our drinks!!! Great food but they are the worst at managing their stuff!!!!

So my friends and I came on a Thursday, when they had their boneless wings for $.70 special. I had the Asian Zing for 6 of mine, though I think the minimum for an order is 5. This location is located in Bella Terra, and compared to other locations, it has the same kind of sports bar feel, but it felt cleaner for some reason. When we went, they had a variety of music videos playing, and it had a pop/urban feel to it, which was a bit different than what I remember at other locations. I also thought the wings served here were better than the other locations, it tasted a lot more flavorful and when I asked to get mine "wet" (with more sauce), I didn't feel like they skimped. Overall one of the better Buffalo Wild Wings locations in my opinion.

BWW is amazing. But not at this location. I called in and ordered takeout consisting of just some boneless wings. The online order went smoothly and she asked if I wanted celery and carrots (of course! Yum!). She said 15-20 minutes, which was cool. I arrived to pick up my food after 20 minutes and the hostess confirmed my order, yet I was bummed it wasn't ready (yet the place was a ghost town). When I did get my food, they forgot my carrots and celery which they had just confirmed in my order. Disappointing. I was so happy I checked my bag before I left. When I did eat the wings, they were awful. So dry and unsavory. Very dissapointing. The sauce sort of saved it (honey BBQ....Yum).

Seriously worst service our group had ever experienced. First off we get there and get seated by someone that doesn't even seem like they want to be at work at all. Go home if that's the case! Then we make our orders. Then twenty minutes later a table the same size gets seated next to us and they order. And as expected, they get their order first. Another 15 minutes pass, so that's 35 minutes total! I had to go up to the manager and ask him about our food. The waitress then tell our group that she didn't know we didn't have our food yet. Isn't that her job to do?! Their excuse was that they had a busy night. Nope, it was pretty decent, I've had better service on busier times before. We then get the food and it tastes like it's been sitting out for a while, stale and not even heated. At the end, we get the check and pay on separate checks and lo and behold, the waitress charges the wrong cards. Well, thank you BWW for a great dining experience. You won't be seeing these customers around any time soon.

To start off this story I'm going to state that their wings taste no better than dog food. Now the story.... Came in on a slow night with a group of 7. Service sucked, our waitress had an attitude, got our orders wrong, and for some reason didn't want to bring us napkins or our ranch which we asked for as she was taking our order. She brought us things we didn't order or not bringing some things we ordered (pick one). One of my friends literally waited 2 hours to get his food of six wings, in that time 6 of us started eating and our waitress was literally no where to be seen, when she would walk near our table we would ask for some ranch, she would say ok then leave for a while, she would come back around us then we would ask again and Again so we got fed up and when we tried to ask another waiter about maybe switching servers or GETTING MY FRIENDS DAMN WINGS! The guy, with the biggest attitude ever said, "I'm not your waiter" then walked away!... Not gonna lie I laughed my ass off. But SERIOUSLY! Then we talked to the manager and told him what was going on, says "ok" then walks out of the area. Haha oh my god! After all that at least give my friends his damn wings for free!! (my friend got his food right when the 6 of us just finished ours) Now, half of my group does retail and the other half are waiters or bussers so we UNDERSTAND how frustrating things can get throughout the day having to serve customers, so we ALWAYS TIP! When eating out, But after that service, there was no damn way this waitress was getting a dime.. Kinda wanted to tip maybe 5 cents just to piss her off. Never coming here or any other BWW ever gain . DONT EVER COME HERE.

Never order their good to go. I have yet to ever get it on time. Placed my order they tell me it will be 20 minutes. I arrive in 20 minutes to only wait 20 more minutes inside to have food brought out that is cold. Why did I need to wait for cold food. It's always this way with their up go service.

So the only reason why I come to this BWW, is the close convenience. And every single time I come they screw up either with the food or with the bills. It's usually not me but my friends they screw up on. But today I guess it was my turn.. So the manager comes and takes my bill, and when she comes back with that concerned face i knew it was me. My bill was 14$, she charged my card 45$. She then proceeded to tell me that she voided it, and that she'll take care of my bill. Oh and the fact that my 45$ will be back in my account in a few hours. A few hours?! I made it seem like it was okay, until I checked my account and realized my account was overdrawn. Thanks. Thanks alot BWW.

I love wings and I usually go to BWW. But it's been twice in a row that they mess up my order pretty bad. As a manager, if we mess something up we compensate for it. Not only did they not do that for my fiancé and I but Jannette was extremely rude. Customer service skills at this specific BWW are terrible and I am very disappointed with management as well.

  • Nichole B.

I'm going to start off with the fact that I'm actually pretty bummed that I have to give them 1 star. Their wings are great, the fact they have a wide variety of sauces to choose from is great because it gives you many options. The only criticism I have regarding the food is their fries are more soggy than they are crispy, and I ordered "buffalo chips" which are like potato wedges in a way, except shaped like chips not wedges, and their seasoning they put on top of it always seems to be uneven. I get some chips that are COVERED in buffalo seasoning and then I get some wedges that have no season whatsoever on it. I wouldn't say their service is "terrible" based on the many, many times I have come here. I would say the service is more of a hit or miss because most days if not all days they are super busy and all of my servers that I have had really tried their best to stay on top of things while they are swamped with people. From my experiences I would say the kitchen is more-so slow than anything. If I was writing this review based on the quality of their food, I would give this review a 4 star rating. However I am mainly writing this review based on the experience I had a few weeks ago with a manager which made me really upset. I am a member of "The Buffalo Circle" meaning I get Buffalo Wild Wing's emails, and being a member for so long they sent me an email saying I get an order of free snack sized wings (which is about 8-9 wings). I have gotten this email before on my birthday a few months ago so I came in after my birthday and showed them the email on my phone and got the free wings with no problem. Well a few weeks ago when my friend and I received this offer due to being loyal members, we came in to redeem this. We showed the email to our server and our server says "Sorry, in order to redeem this you have to print this coupon out and bring it in." I said "We came in a few months ago and all we had to do was show it on our email." The server says "Let me check with my manager." So after a few minutes he comes back and says "Sorry, our manager says you need to read the fine print at the bottom which tells you to print it out in order to redeem this coupon." Well I just happened to have the coupon from my birthday still in my email from a few months ago, which had the EXACT same fine print saying that it needed to be printed in order to redeem it. So in my opinion I thought that was a little unfair that they always accepted it when it was on our phones but now they cant accept it unless printed out EVEN THOUGH the fine print has always been the same. The coupon never changed. Anyways this is where the real frustration came in. A young couple sat down next to us and showed the server their phone and said that they got an email with a coupon for free snacked sized wings. I heard the server say they can't accept it unless its printed out but he will check with the manager... So my friend and I are thinking that the same thing is going to happen to them that it did with us. However that was not the case. The manager herself walks over to the couple(which she didn't do with us) and sincerely apologizes that she cant allow them to have the free wings(which she didn't do with us) unless the coupon is printed BUT she will give them 50% off the wings!!! So my question is WHY didn't the manager come over to us and offer us the same thing. She knew exactly who we were because my friend and I literally walked over to Staples and had our emails printed out and gave them to our server just because the coupon expired that day and we wanted our free wings and the manager said we HAD to have the coupon printed if we wanted the free wings. She looked right at us when we walked back in with the printed coupons. If we went through that trouble just to get something printed out and the couple next to us didn't have to, how is that fair? Why didn't the manager offer us a discount on another item? Or even just a simple apology would have been nice. Or if she even acknowledged us in some way. She didn't even bother with us. She asked the table behind us how their food is tasting and if they needed anything, checked on a few other tables, but literally walked right past us. I should have gotten her name but was so frustrated that I just left after I ate. I will definitely be writing an updated review when I find out her name. They have had other managers in the past who have ALWAYS been great to us, the servers have always been great to us, but this manager was so careless. The 1 star is based on how unprofessional, rude and careless she was. She's a manager, it was a slow day, she should have at least acknowledged us in some way. Every other time I have been there and it was packed there was always a manager that had checked on us. I'm just honestly disappointed that I have to write a bad review and leave a 1 star because this obviously affects Buffalo Wild Wing's rating on Yelp.

Came here for a UFC fight. Our bartender Jordyn was awesome. Always making sure we had drinks and kept checking to if we were hungry. I know most people will think well that's what workers suppose to do for business. I've been to many bars and not all bartenders are that proficient. Plus she had an amazing smile. So 5 starts for service for Jordyn. I'm sure it's part of the deal, but it was extremely loud. I could not hear any of the commentating from the fight. If you just want to watch, drink, and eat, it's perfect. I want to hear what's going on and I wasn't able to. Hooter's is busy but you can still hear everything. So maybe the sound system is better there or maybe customers there are quieter? Anyhow, overall it was great. Other customers were friendly and seem like a good crowd.

I love wings but the best time to come here is when it's not close to lunch or dinner time. I have been letting go of bad experiences but I have to note this one...... I work nearby so I was planning to come for dinner. I called them and they said the wait for dine in was 45 minutes wait. I stopped by anyway, willing to wait. When I arrived, I got seated almost immediately..... Honestly, that was very disappointing. They probably didn't want to serve tables which is their job right... ?

Don't go in for lunch the menu says prime rib sandwich on hogie roll and they bring it to you on a slider roll classic bate & switch h I had a prime rib lunch 4 days ago for less & it was 3 times bigger on a true hogie roll not a less than 3 inch slider roll no wonder they have 2 stars heading toward 1 or less

I needed to speak to a manager reguarding a question i had so i gave them a call and asked to speak with a manager, the girl asked my name put me on hold. Then asked what it was reguarding, got put on hold. She gets back on the phone again and said the managers said i would have to call hr. So i said fine whats the number, then she asked if they emailed me?! Like really? Ok If i ask to speak to a manager then why cant a manager speak to me and let me know the answer or tell me i would need to call hr. Horrible. Im in Huntington every day....and i will never step foot in there ever again.

This location did not have the nicest employees. Manager was rude as well. Boneless wings were mostly comprised of breading. They got my friend's burger order wrong too. Won't be coming back to this location.

I skimmed through some yelp reviews before dining in so I kinda expected the worst but I didn't want to judge so quickly so I decided to give this place a try. Food was decent as always but my server was so rude and missing 3/4 of the time my friend and I were eating. As I was ordering, the server gave me an "Are you stupid" look like I was to know their menu inside/out. I asked questions about the specials because I went on a Tuesday, but I stopped midway when she gave me a dirty look. I honestly couldn't enjoy my food because of her attitude and I wish I remembered her name so I could call her out here but oh well. Definitely the worst bww experience in customer service. Id rather drive the extra mile or two than eat at this location ever again.

Right when we got in, one of the hostesses was rude and unfriendly. I believe her name was Felicia. We asked for a booth and she made a rude comment calling us "booth people". What does that even mean LOL. It wasn't even busy. We came around 3 PM. I really don't mind what table I'm seated at but it wasn't busy and there were a lot of booths so I asked for one. Service was meh. Waiter didn't come til 15 min to ask if we wanted any drinks. I don't blame them too much though. There were only like 3 servers? I'm not sure. On to the food. The wings were not as saucy and dry. The onion rings were okay. Out of all the times I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings, this is the worst service I've ever gotten. I probably won't be here for a while. BYE FELICIA.

This is the closest location to us. We didn't even give it a try. I looked up reviews for this location and was so disappointed! I'm not talking about the food, it's The management, customer service and servers that all get poor reviews. I'm only writing this to show that people won't go to your restaurant because of the poor reviews. Step it up MANAGEMENT!!

Last night I went to Buffalo Wild Wings and Chanel at the bar area was our waiter . She's the worst! She gave us the wrong order and we waited almost an hour and it wasn't even busy. She's so rude and she could actually be pretty if she smiled. So unprofessional getting into arguments with other coworkers in front of customers . Oh and she charged us extra for ranch. WTF Worst BWW experience.

It's tough giving such a low review...food is always amazing, just clouded by the mere fact that service is beyond crap! Waited 30 minutes to order food. No bartender behind the bar. Everyone is on break and eating in the corner! Who the hell is running this place?

Skip this location! Had such high hopes as my son had talked up this chain and they are known to have good food. So I took my son and a friend to celebrate the end of their water polo tournament. The hostess was pleasant and let us know there'd be a 10 minute wait - we were disappointed that the outside was unavailable due to a large party. We sat down and ordered appetizers which were excessively small for the price and the special; which was very confusing thanks to the clueless server. I asked if the traditional wings were gluten free and she said she wasn't allowed to answer that question. We waited longer than any table around us for our order and it was WRONG. We couldn't find the server to get it corrected and we were all too hungry to wait so we ate the incorrectly seasoned wings. We placed several orders for drinks and waited 10 minutes with mouths on fire for the drinks and they managed to forget one (we were 3 people -how hard is this?). We were about to order a second round of wings and hoping this round would be correct when a different server handed us our bill. I said, "I guess we're done..." I attempted to find the manager on the way out and was told that that person was out. They need better servers!!!! I don't think I'll go there again!

I gotta say BWW isn't the best food but I know that going into it. This location by far has the worst service. I think we got a waiter finally after 10min of sitting down. This is after the hostess told me that they didn't want to sit me in a booth because of server rotation (mind you there were at least 6 booths open). Server rotation is not my problem. Finally when we got a waiter, we ordered. Soda was flat, she basically threw the food on the table, never checked on us, dropped the bill as she was speeding by... Good thing we didn't want dessert. Horrible service!

I have never had such an annoying and bad time whilst eating wings...but bww at Bella terra made it happen! First of all the waitress attitude and vibe came off as rude and annoyed as soon as she opened her mouth. Then we ordered our wings, onion rings and two simple beers....we waiting wayyy too long for our beers and when she came to drop them off, she spilled the beer and preteneded she didnt see it!!!!! She just left us the mess to clean up ourselves! Then a runner brought us our food or lack there of... our onion rings were a complete joke!! The basket looked like it was half ate on the way to our table and the waitress didnt come by but once the whole time we were there..we left a dollar tip but we regret leaving her and that place the extra dollar. Never dining there again! !!!!!!!!! Negative stars

MEHHHHHHHHH... came here since I was craving some wings, I have had BWW before but haven't had it for a while. the wait for 4 wasn't too bad, we ended up ordering some wings and nachos. The nachos were okay, really sweet for some reason though, not sure what they put in there to cause that but it was a bit too sweet. the wings were pretty disappointing.. they either lacked flavor or were too flavorful, one of the flavors I seriously felt like I was eating salt.... we tried 6 different flavors and none were that great service lacked as well, very very slow to come from beginning to end..

I have no complaints about the food, I mean it's Buffalo Wild Wings. But the service sucks. I'm a host/waiter myself and know a lot about customer service and it was terrible. First I was in a party of 6 and only 4 were there early. After sitting the first 4 down first the other 2 came and they complained about too many ppl. After asking to just sit us somewhere else (when they clearly we said table for 6) they told us we had to "speak to the host" who told us we had to wait again and go behind the line. It was the day of a game and the wait would've been over 2 hours. It was your mistake .. Why can't you just fix it ? It took our server forever to get our order. And when she did she messed one up. I've been here before with more than 6 ppl, and have split my check. I asked her to split my check just for two ppl and she had a huge problem. She said that "the computer wouldn't let her do it" and it was "impossible to do" .... But it has been done before in the same exact location. I think she just wanted the tip that come automatically after serving 6 ppl. Which annoyed me because I would've tipped her anyway, so to know she wouldn't do that for me for money just really upset me. The other server working in the same area who claimed to be the manager of waiters was rude ! Kept giving us dirty looks and after we were done eating and watching the game we kindly asked him for a soda which he never brought and was really trying to rush us out. It was just horrible service Nd they need to really work on that. It's a great location and with Bella Terra keeping it clean with a gym right across the street, so hospitality should be at it's best ! Very disappointed. Wish I had a manager to speak to that day ( because apparently everyone was busy) HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING.

How did we end up here? My friend from out of town was staying at the hotel next to Bella Terra on Memorial Day weekend. Neither of us felt like driving far since she and her friend just drove 5 hours from AZ and I had just had a long day at a BBQ. And this was the only place that was walking distance, still open, and served alcohol. So on this Sunday night on Memorial Day Weekend around 10pm, we sat in the bar area and it was not busy at all. It took about 10 minutes for anyone to even come to greet us and take our drink orders. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised about the slow service since ALL the BWWs I've been to are usually slow. But this one takes the cake with slow service and snobby attitudes. I refuse to come back here again.

I had an hour to kill waiting for my glasses to be fixed at a nearby store. I decided to grab a beer and some wings and watch some football. I had never been to this chain before and was kind of surprised to see the low ratings when I did a yelp checkin. Geez, how bad can they screw this up beer and football? The place was packed. I was able to grab a seat and was met with a dirty table. The waitress was sweet and I ordered my beer. I later ordered a small order of wings and a small fries. I had to ask for water, ask for the dirty table to be wiped, ask for the dirty napkins to be taken away, ask for the ice cold fries to be returned....... The wings were terrible. They just squirt a different sauce on them for the different Flavors. $29 for a tall beer, small order of wings and fries. Never Again.

Walk in no greetings We approach the host and receive the wait time was excepted 45 minutes because there was a game. We were seated in area that was not acknowledge what I mean by that is, we sat in this little table that was for 2 people. One side had a large booth seat and the other side was a chair. After we got seated it took about 15 minutes for our beverage order. We ( my boyfriend & I ) were already irritated seeing that the middle table and the other small table like ours was being assisted. We order our food it took 30 minutes mean while our waitress didn't bother to ask if we are okay or to give us a heads up regarding our order. Finally our food arrived and as far as my wings they were cold, the sauce looked mushy it was so gross the texture of the food looked like they were sitting there for a while, I immediately told my waitress. Few minutes later she brings the same tray of wings all she did was microwave the wings she didn't bother to bring me a fresh set of wings. I didn't eat my wings, I was grossed out. I come to this location a lot and over the period I have had some runs in but I finally had my last straw because I can only understand so much. I don't like causing a scene or being rude so I will just resolve my issue by not coming back to this location again. I hope management team can let their staff know that microwaving a customer's order is not the proper way of pleasing a customer. You should of addressed that properly. 1 star is my rating....

The service wasn't that great while I was there but the food was still consistently good. Wait was like ~30min on a Friday night. Pros: ++ Traditional wings are usually my preference. Boneless tends to end up a little spicier. + Parmesan garlic is my favorite. Mango Habanero is my second, just because the spice tends to build up. Cons: -- After getting our order, the waiter didn't come to check on us or give us water til a while after we finished eating. Ya boi's mouth was burning and I ended up sucking on ice. After she finally refilled our cups, she came back 2 minutes later with 3 extra cups of water. Wut. - Food is kinda expensive if you don't go on the days with wing specials. Overall, I'd rather come back on a wing special day and hopefully order extra water ahead of time.

Wings are always great every time we go! Service could be a little quicker but it's really nothing to complain about. As for someone who works at a restaurant, I constantly observe how employees act with one another. On the particular night I was there, it seemed as if everyone was all about teamwork especially with the manager, Amber. I was told that she was helping out at that location, however I strongly recommend that she stay!

Sit at the Bar for no wait time. Always order the fried pickles, they are the one thing that I love on the menu. They are lightly breaded and have great flavor to accompany beer or a cocktail. I'm never particularly impressed with their food. I feel like the boneless chicken wings are overly breaded and drenched in sauce. I come here basically because I'm dragged in by others. The cocktails are decent, the wings I can do without!

Ehh, I never found this place all that great, always super busy and takes forever for a table. The service can be really slow sometimes... The food is mediocre and not even fresh. Ordered the fried garlic mushrooms and found it frozen in the center.. Not appetizing. The wings are okay, my favorites are probably the mango habanero and the Asian zing.. But if I was craving chicken wings, my best bet would probably be wingstop..

3 stars for their potato wedges and our nice server that we got (for the night). Otherwise I would give this place a 2.5 on a normal basis.. Typically I try to avoid going here because the service at this location and the block always takes forever and the food quality is ehhh... I also really don't understand why they have a bunch of tables available but yet we still have to wait every single time! .. (Mainly at the HB location). If that's the case... Hire more servers? Any how, they now serve their wings by size.. No longer by pieces.. And depending on what size.. You would get a certain amount of wings. We ordered the small with two flavors.. Asian zing (my favorite) and buffalo. The small came with 10 pieces. Now it's not always 10 pieces.. The menu says it's @ least 10 pieces.. So sometimes it could be less depending on the weight.. I think they measure it to determine how many you get. Every time I'm here I always get the Asian zing.. And a basket of wedges and a veggie boat. Idc what anyone else eats as long as I get those 3 and I get to pick from them.. I'm happy. The place is a good place for sports fanatics to go and get some wings.. Beer and watch the game. But don't come here expecting a nice place for a date.. It's too loud and super messy eating with your hands! Lol not that I care.. But other girls might.

This is the WORST Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to! Bad start from the second we walked in. The hostess seemed annoyed she has to stop flirting with a waiter long enough to seat us. Then it took over 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge our table and take the drink order. Of course when when they came 2 out of the 4 drinks were wrong. After a 20 minute wait the wings finally arrived and we're definitely not up to normal BWW standards. After we finished eating we asked for the bill and paid with cc. A few minutes after taking the card a manager came up and said the waitress used our card to pay another table's check - which was double ours. Of course it was refunded but it took several days to be credited back. Annoying. All in all the staff here was rude and incompetent and the food sucked. Drive 5 extra miles and head over to BWW in Long Beach!

I would give them less if I could. Took forever to even get drinks. And then another 30 mins to even order. After trying to tell them, instead of fixing it. They actually made us wait longer. Then manager (VERONICA- a server yelled it at us in our way out) was also not accommodating and rude as well. Too bad because they have a lot of competition around.

Horrible service, waited over an hour for our order and there were a ton of empty tables, hard to get refills, should not have been so bad for being so slow.

Some friendly advice to the angry BWW YELPERS: 1. Don't expect or demand perfection. The world is not perfect, and neither are you. 2. Make a human connection with your server and the staff to acknowledge that you value them and the difficult job that they're doing (even when you obviously don't realize how difficult it is). 3. Remember that the customer has almost as much responsibility for the success of the interaction and experience as the staff does. 4. Be aware and observe what's going on in the restaurant and imagine what it's like to be in your server's shoes. No, it's 'not your problem' that a party of twenty arrived at the exact same time that you did, the computer (POS) is broken, or that the kitchen is falling apart on Wing Tuesday, but try to empathize. 5. Never snap your fingers, whistle like you're calling a dog, waive your hand in the air like you're hailing a cab, or yell Hey followed by anything, when you're trying to get your server's attention. (Pardon me, or Excuse me, when you have a moment please, work really well.) 5. Respect the fact that restaurants have policies for specific reasons, despite the fact that they might not make sense to you. 6. Treat the staff with dignity, respect and kindness. You don't have to kiss ass, but common courtesy is a two-way street. Be friendly, polite and patient. Treat the staff the way that you would want customers to treat you if you were doing their job. 7. Speak up when something's not right, give your server a chance to resolve the issue, rather than rant about it on Yelp while you're still at your table. 8. Don't interrupt a server who is attending to customers at another table. 9. Respond to your servers questions, listen when they repeat back your order, never ignore your server. 10. Never say anything mean-spirited, degrading, condescending or abusive to any of the staff. If your going to do that, the least you could do is leave a 20% tip for dealing with your ignorance. They SURVIVE ON TIPS.!! :D :D :D I LOVE BWW HB.!!! Especially Love DAVID & JORDYN behind the bar.!!

I absolutely love bww. The wait can be anywhere from 30-60 minutes however it is definitely worth the wait, and you could even go walk around the stores or into Barnes and nobles while you wait. However this place deserves a five star for my recent trip there. Food: we order fries, wedges, spinach dip, mango habernero, honey bbq, asian zing, and Parmesan garlic. Typically I prefer boneless because I feel like you get more meat and I wasn't feeling bones yesterday. But mango habernero is amazing. Spicy but not to spicy with a hint of sweet. Honey bbq, amazing too. Sweet and little bit of kick. Asian zing is for all you people who likes sweet and sour sauce, but I was not a fan of it because I'm just not that person. Parmesan garlic was okay. Service: Shoutout to AJ for being the best and funniest server I have met at bww. He was super funny and very helpful, came by ever now and then to make sure we were okay. Hope he liked our generous tip. Thanks bro for getting us cherries too. Hands down he is the reason why I would give this place a 5. Nothing better than good food and amazing customer service. Highly recommend everyone go get bww.

I like coming here when I am craving wings. Love the Mango Habero wings and dry classic wings. It fun to be here when there is a major UFC, football, or baseball game on.

We had returned last night for the first time since the incidents in June to BWW at Bella Terra Huntington Beach. I must say, I am WOW'd and truly wish that last night had been my first time visit...the staff, was amazing! Randy (the manager there) was above and beyond...he sat and talked with us about out last visit and sincerely apologized and truly seemed to care. I can tell he takes pride in his position and staff that is under his care. We had AMAZING servers that were on spot with our needs. But not just with us, as I was paying attention to other patrons and how they were being taken care of. I wish I could remember the name of our waitress (though a few others had helped us thoughout or meal) cuz she was great, positive energy, attentive and always a smile on her face with us and all her other tables. I can truly say, this branch, has picked up the pace and stepped up completely to properly tend to each and every patron that walked in the door, which is no easy feat as it was the first day of the world series and EXTREMELY busy. This is a model BWW location now. I can't wait to return again....Thank you BWW for addressing all my prior complaints and concerns. Since my grievance, the staff all around has vastly improved and turned the experience of dining/hanging here into a wonderful POSITIVE for not just myself, but all other patrons that walk in those doors.

rolling deep in a party of 15 isn't so great so I'll start off with that. It was Tuesday. Our waitress did take a while as far as bringing out our orders but then again we did have 15 people. Funny story, I did time her 10 mins. To bring out my 2nd order of wings and believe it or not, she made it on the dot. super friendly, personable, and great. Too bad she wasn't on the menu.

I was texting the honey and all she could do was complain about the service at this place. We were having such a good conversation until the people at this place pissed her off, then the convo took a turn for the worst so i had to write a review to express my distaste for this place. I give it 1 star based on the horrible serivce she explained to me in great detail

To put it simply this place is just consistently a bad experience. There could be an exception or two but the servers seem to carry their problems into work with them. My rating is simply based on the service because it alone makes the entire meal undesirable.

Excellent service from Janette. Took a seat @ the bar she greeted me immediately told me about the Tuesday. 65¢ wing special. She also was knowledgeable about the draft beers and offered to give me a taster if I wanted. Wings were great also liked the boneless garlic Parmesan wings. Manager also approached me yo inquiry if I was enjoying myself. To me it is these little service details that are often neglected but are really important to overall service Good job and decent wings.

The most embarrassing part of my 21st birthday is getting turn down to order drinks. I turned 21 on September 2nd, 2014 and my friend ordered a drink at 12 ish am on September 3rd for me ( I showed my CA ID). Am I technically legal of the age of 21 by the 18th Amendment of the Constitution? By law I am 21 because my ID says my birthday is 21 on September 2nd, 1993. I am embarrass in front of my friends and feel discriminated as a American citizen born in the United States of America. The waitress is named Chanel or Channel and she brought her manager out ( i didn't get her name) but in a rude tone she and her manager kicked my friends and I out because " technically I'm not 21 when it's 12-1 am on September, 3rd. I am disappointed on how the management of BWW works. I truly wish they hire a waiter that know their American rights before embarrassing a American citizen.

I usually come here on a Tuesday with my girlfriend to get some wings and grab a weekly drink. I usually don't drink because I'm into fitness at the moment but every now and then doesn't hurt. My new favorite beer on tap is their Samuel Adams rebel ipa. I usually get mango habanero and my god it's the best one they have there except on Tuesdays they always give you the smallest wings in the world. Service is actually horrible. I'm not sure what takes so long maybe it's not the servers fault but kitchen. But k don't think it should ever take that long. What we usually do to avoid waiting is to just go sit at the bar since its first come first serve.

This is the first location we choose to go to if we decide to eat at a Buffalo Wild Wings. We usually go in the evenings and have never had to wait long for a table. The waitresses and waiters are always friendly and check up on our tables. Some days take longer then others for food or refills depending how busy they are which is understandable. Have never felt anyone took too long or felt the need to flag down our waiter. Our food is always hot when served and have never had a mistake when our order comes out. The manager Fermin is very kind, helpful and professional. He's always making sure the costumers are being taken care of and making sure everything's running smoothly. Small group or large group we are always taken care of. Would recommend this location to anyone.

We just came here for the view and music! It's like a sport bar and loud music that helps us to relax. Also, you can sing karaoke too. We definitely come on tuesday or thursday because the chicken is cheaper although sometimes they don't taste good at all. Service sucks and we always have to wait too long to take order or request for something else.

Came in the other night after work with some coworkers to grab a few drinks and what not, and man the service here is BELOW GARBAGE. The "bartender" Cassie was horrendous! She had no personality at all and just look angry at everyone. A simple smile could go a long way. She's clearly not very trained "bartender" as well. Took her forever to just make a 3 drinks for another table before she got to us to take our orders. All the waiters here bad as well. Everyone working that night just seemed as if they were just hired or had no idea what was going on. Just a horrible experience.

Disappointed. I met up with the girlfriend for dinner after a long day. We decided we share the traditional Honey BBQ wings. We were hoping for delicious tender wings, but instead they were dry and hard. Yuck! The sauce was okay but can't make up for those gross wings. Service was bad too. They had a girl training a guy. The guy didn't say a word and never did anything. The girl was showing him how it was done. However, she was unfriendly, never smiled, and never even looked at us. Then she took forever to come back to take our orders. Then the wait for food.... Really wasn't what I was expecting after a long day. For the lack of service, quality of food, and terrible parking... this place just isn't worth it.

Came in after going to the movies with a friend. Walked in and stood by the counter for awhile before someone asked me how many people there were. There were 4 other girls standing there so I don't know why it took so long to acknowledge that we were there. After I said that there were just 2 of us. They kind of looked at us and then walked around the restaurant before telling us to follow them. But after we got seated, our server Christilyn was great. What we got: 4 Piece Chicken Tenders ($8.25): pretty big pieces of chicken tenders and it comes with fries. Christilyn asked me if I wanted 1 sauce or 2, but I ended up just getting the Thai Curry only. Thai Curry is probably my favorite sauces out of all the sauces they have. It doesn't really taste like the Thai curries I've had at restaurants, but it still tasted pretty good. It gets pretty spicy after awhile, but not too much were you can't handle it. 10 Piece Honey BBQ Wings ($11.75): comes with your choice of blue cheese or ranch dressing and celery and carrot sticks. The wings weren't too small this time in my opinion. I can't personally say anything about it because I didn't try it, but my friend seemed satisfied. Service: Other than ignoring us for awhile in the beginning, everything was okay. Drinks were refilled fairly quickly. Food was brought out quickly and I thought Christilyn was just great. She would smile the whole time she talked to us, made sure everything was okay, and would ask us if we needed anything else.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I usually have great service here but not tonight. We waited quite a long time in the bar and not one hello or hey I will be right with you. Ten minutes later we walked out. So sad we won't be back anytime soon. I hope management reads this to improve customer service.

customer service sucks balls here. It was pretty slow in this location, with lots of servers. Our waiter really didnt give a crap about what we wanted to order, he was just ready to go anywhere but here, giving us this "Ugh, are u done look." he's lucky im a good tipper & gave him 5$. instead of nothing -____-. Took us so long to wave him down again just to order more food & the check. && he got my order wrong too. This location was whatevers. our wings were dry... would not come back

Service blows. The food is fine but it is staffed by a bunch of invalids who look like they left a punk concert. Ari the waitress needs some serious training. This is a chain restaurant. Th kinks should be worked out early in the process not left for a bunch of kids who are looking for a job between strip club shifts.

My husband and I have been here a few times to watch games since there aren't any other sports bars around. The food is good but the service is consistently bad. It always takes forever to get a drink and the excuse is the bar is always "the bar is backed up". It's especially annoying when whey say this and we can see our drinks have been sitting there waiting to be picked up. It always takes forever to get our food too. Of course the excuse is "the kitchen is backed up". It always nice to hear that excuse when the people who ordered AFTER you have their food already. I'm not sure if there just aren't enough servers for the amount of customers or what but it's not good. The lies drive me nuts too. I would rather them just be honest with me and say they forgot than lie to my face.

I came here because it's the most closet location I called my order thru the phone & they gave me estimate wait time of 30 minutes when I got there they said there system went down and I figured it was gonna be a 5-10 minute delay turns out I was waiting for an hour and 20 minutes just for my take out order I could have just seated down and ordered the food and been out the door sooner. to top it off the girls give the worst service by saying I'm sorry we are behind . what happened with great customer service and to top it off there were 5 other people waiting as long as me. WORST BWW!

Once upon a time I ordered some wings, a sprite, and some mozzarella sticks. at this location. Then the dinosaurs went extinct. Afterwards, columbus discovered america. Later, the Americans defeated the British in the revolutionary war. Then Henry ford invented the model T. After that my mozarella sticks finally arrived. Later, the Allied powers defeated the axis in WWII. Soon after in history, George Bush launched his war on terror. Finally, thousands of years after I had ordered my food arrived. Unfortunately, I had passed away. Luckily, my great great great great great great grandchildren were able to enjoy the wings I had ordered. The food is great. If your order today the reptoid people of 4028 will be able to eat your honey BBQ wings in the distant future.

If I could give no stars, I would. A group of us went to celebrate a friends birthday here last night. After waiting half an hour to be seated because they "lost" our reservation, we waited another 40 mins just to have water delivered to the table. It turned into a 4 hour ordeal when most of the time, we were off search for our waitress so that someone could take our order. While searching, I saw a number (6-7) employees huddled together in a corner just chatting. Though our waitress was no were to be found. After about 2 hours of this, we called for a manager. The staff was rude, telling us to "Just hold on, bud." as they he continued a conversation with some friends of his who had walked up to the back patio where we were seated. When the manager finally came out to talk with us, he never even apologized to us for the lack of serves or the rude behavior of one of his staff members. At the three hour mark, we received our food. Some orders were wrong, but at this point we weren't going to send it back for fear we would never eat, and almost all of it was cold when it was served. Our friend never even got an ice cream or anything that is typically customary when you go out to dinner on your birthday. The only person who worked here that I feel deserves not to receive a bad review was the waitress that took over for us, Leila. She was very apologetic, sincere and seemed on top of it. I will never be going to this restaurant again. And after this experience, I'm not sure I'll want to go to another Buffalo Wild Wings.

The thing that bothers me about this location is that whenever I eat here, the food takes a long time to come out. I have been here at different hours during the day (opening, lunch time, evening) and even if it isn't crowded, it takes longer than it should to bring out the wings. The service is usually pretty slow. There are a lot of sauces/spices to choose from which is definitely a plus. While it can get a little loud at times, it is understandable considering the type of restaurant it is. Overall, I have a decent experience when I eat here... I just have to make sure I have the time to wait.

Horrible manager! Went there to go grab food and a few drinks before grabbing dinner and because there was some sort of fight would not let us in 20 min early without paying cover of $10.

BDubs is whatever to me, and a hit or miss. The wings are good but service lacks quality most of the time. If you are lucky, you'll get an attentative server. If you aren't, you'll get one with attitude, one who barely visits your table, or a combo of both. I hear stories about servers taking forever, forgetting to bring out food, and such. What a nightmare! They have karaoke on Thursdays. The night I went, I essentially had to scream at my server and friends to talk over the music. Music selection is geared towards classic pop, rock, and hip hop. If you didn't live your childhood before 2005, you probably don't know the music that well. I do enjoy some of their appetizers (you can definitely find better elsewhere though). The spinach artichoke dip and buffalo chips are alright. If you order wings, sometimes it's so BREADED that you can't even enjoy then wings. But I usually stick with mild. By the way, the OG margarita sucks here! It was like drinking sweetened ice water. And their beer selection is lacking too! They are heavy on the typical bro beers but lacking in wheats, stouts, pale ales, etc... no variety whatsoever! They have $3 Jack and coke during happy hour though!!! Overall, this isn't the most optimal place for the bar but it is bearable. You can have a cheap, decent meal and have a good time with friends. Just lower your standards and you'll be fine!

  • Jasmine L.

Like everyone else's review, the service here fucking SUCKS. The only reason why I come back is because of the cheap wings on Tuesdays. Otherwise, I would never come here. Here I've encountered: -Waiting 20 minutes for a table when there were PLENTY open -Waiting 30+ for wings and having the table next to us who came 10-15 mins after get them before us -Server was never around -Asked for a togo box multiple times & got ignored

I'm not giving this post a 2/5 stars because of the flavor. BWW is BWW period. But the service needs a bit of help. I have ordered take out multiple times and not once have they been correct. Wrong flavors, boneless instead of traditional, missing celery/carrots and ranch, etc. When they always show you what you ordered, they never pull out the ranch or celery/carrots- which they are always short on in my order...hm. Other than that, I highly recommend the Spicy Garlic sauce and the potato wedges with cheese & bacon!

Service wasn't great at all. They asked me if I wanted to sit at the bar..I'm not even old enough to be at the bar. When I got to my table with my best friend, we ordered. The girl came back with our orders and forgot our fries. When we tried the food, it wasn't hot. Like I'm not talking about spicy hot, I'm talking about hot as in there was no heat. So getting that super spicy flavor was pointless. The batter was hard. I was just so disappointed in this place.

This location was where I experienced my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings (the only other buffalo wild wings place I checked out was Wingstop). I went with some girlfriends. Upon stepping inside, I have never seen so many flatscreen TVs in my life other than in an electronics store. It's definitely a great place to grab some beer and wings and watch sports. Since it was my first time, our server was really nice and told us we could try different flavors taken from the spicy thermometer on their menu. We decided to try three different flavors: Honey BBQ, Asian Zing, and Mango Habanero. The only ones I tried were the Honey BBQ and the Asian Zing. My friends tried the Mango Habanero and they both said that it was good but too spicy for them. I was a little bit afraid of Asian Zing (I haven't developed a tolerance for spicy foods yet), but my friends told me I would be able to handle it. After trying the ASIAN ZING, I would have to say that flavor is my favorite by far (our server said it was also a popular one among other customers). I ordered the 6 SET OF TRADITIONAL WINGS with the ASIAN ZING flavor. The wings were pretty tender (although I've tasted better before). Of course it came with the celery, carrots, and ranch dressing. Our server was really nice and kept checking up on us. It was a great first time experience at Buffalo Wild Wings spent with great friends eating great food.

Several things I want to point out. Don't get me wrong!!! I love this place however I cant even give a 5 stars except sitting at the bar and their manager (5 STARS FOR THE BAR AND MANAGER!!!) Sitting on the dining room, the waitresses stands around in every corner of the place talking way too damn much. This place is almost always full and there are customers that needs the service for refills, new orders, questions, or anything. But these damn girls just stand around talking way too damn much. GET TO WORK AND EARN THE MONEY!!! About waitresses again, I understand that it is very busy but they damn girls forget way too much. I love the mango lemonade but when I want a refill, I have to request it about 5-6 times. Then I have to go to the manager and the manager took care of the problem right away.

Stopped by on a Thursday night sat at the bar are with a party of four, everyone ignored us after giving us eye contact. After 10 minutes a party of 3 sat next to us and got served right away. We felt very neglected. We wanted to check out the place since we were looking for a good spot to bring all of our friends to watch the World Cup. I guess We have to look some where else where they appreciate our business. Never coming here again

This location is a lot smaller than other BWW. Not really much to say because if you been to one bww you've been to them all. Definitely come in for 50 cent wing Tuesdays! The service here is good and the waiters give you good recommendations. I really liked the black cherry mojito here. Usually mojitos are too bitter for me but this one was sweet and delicious. Service is fast. Expect this place to be filled with high schoolers.

I've been to several BWW before and actually didn't expect this one to be all that great since they are fairly new. I have this thinking that any new establishment would take some time before becoming great at what they do. I was proven wrong here since the servers were so nice and food came out in a timely matter, tasting great! We came here on a Saturday night and there wasn't a wait, but we opted to sit at the bar anyway. My friend got the mango habanero which totally kicked my ass, but tastes so good at the same time! If you want that extra kick, go for this one! I got the spicy garlic which wasn't garlicky enough for me. :( But still good! My favorite is coming here to catch either a basketball or ice hockey game.

Very sub par experience here for my second visit to this brand. Seated at a cockeyed booth, given a wet menu and forced to listen to bad music. Waitress was good and we tipped her well, but the food is very mediocre. For great tasting wings I'm headed back to Legends in Belmont Shore.

  • Dang N.

Sorry, I've never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings that I thought had amazing wings. Wings always turn out to be a little dry and the flavor falls all in the different sauces they have which are cool, but great wings taste great by themselves. On the other hand, the service I got was pretty awesome and the outdoor patio seating is really nice on a nice day. I'd come by just to grab some non whimsical food and a beer.

Worst service i've ever had. There are gay ass beat chicks rolling around that take forever to serve food. (Goth) . The waitresses there are so thick they cant even breathe! And they cant wait a table for their lives either!! If they moved any slower they would be moving backwards. If you like BBW then this is your place.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I called in advance to ask of my college's football game would be on (a large PAC 12 school with a large amount of alumni in the area) along with the audio and the staff informed me it would. I show up and they tell me the game audio isn't available. I called in advance to verify the audio would be available. If the game audio won't be on I get it, not everyone wants to watch the game but tell me before I drive down there. Missed kick off because of the incompetent staff. I have watched a football games here before and the projectors aren't bright enough to see anything. Wings are dry. Bar is slow. Poor selection of beer.

Worst service ever, came for lunch and waited for 20 minutes, while all the tables were empty. after we sat down, had to wait another 30 mins for our orders. bunch of server and runner walked around doing nothing. asked for help and got replied "you should wait and ask your server" would never ever come back to this place

  • Chau N.

The hostesses here don't really know how to gauge time and tend to under estimate instead of over estimating. We were here for almost 2 hours when initially was told 30 mins. That wasn't the biggest thing. The sauces they have at the front are EXPIRED. So beware. My friend bought 3 and they were all expired. When she complaint the cashier told her its still good and that they were a new shipment. If these were a new shipment I don't know what they're using in the actual wings then. I saw the girl put back the expired sauces on the shelves when my friend walked out. This place is shady.

1st time here not loving this place already. Table of 12 whom arrived after our party of 10was seat before us. Hostess reason they are cleaning your area still. Prior to that our 2 tables which were combined and about 4 other tables were just sitting dirty. Employees didn't seem like they were able to focus on what needed to be done. Like they got over whelmed and couldn't handle it. Asked to sit outside (only 3 takes being used it there) they said they couldn't sit us out there because they didn't have a server to handle us. Will comment back if the experience was our got better after taking with the manager.

Seat management is bad. Went with a party of 14 after just calling them and them saying there was no wait. We get there they seat a party of 6 in the middle of two open tables. This ultimately makes us wait for an hour with some hungry kids. It was faster to get a table across the st at Cheesecake Factory 45 minutes into waiting so we eat there instead. Keep away from this bww.

Alright so I'm like the nicest guy ever but I went all crazy, like Charlie sheen, on the hostess. We waited 25 minutes for a table......and ended up sitting for another 25 minutes for....guess what? Nothing. No server or hostess gave us their time of day. They just looked at us as of we were zoo animals. Atleast zoo animals get fed. I went back to the hostess and ranted. She just looked at me as if I was a clown performing for her. She then had the nerve to say "what table were you?" Seriously? YOU sat us down and YOU can't remember who we were? Wow......talk about customer service. Applause applause. Bet lady gaga gives better service. This isn't even the first time. I don't know why I come back. What the heo mang. If I could eat then I would be happy but I didn't eat....so I guess Im not happy. FOOD my god I'm so hungry right now. Guess Maes will be getting my money now. Peace out home boys. D-dawg out.

I love this place. My buddies and I come here often and always have a great time. The bar staff are fun and nice and the food is always fast and good. Good people, good wings, its a good spot!

Don't come here. They served us uncooked chicken! This place gives Buffalo Wild Wings a bad rep.

how do you leave a restaurant hungry? Well yeah idk either but I just did.. Things were bad the minute I got there... No one greeted us, the hostess wasn't at her podium for like 10mins then we go find a table in the bar area and NO ONE comes to help until we see a dude asking if we could order.. thank gawd he ended up being a manager of some sort. He takes our order but then again the food ends up taking forever also.. As my bf, my brother and I just wait patiently for our food ( it's not like we could of called for our server because no one was around) we started to receive our orders slowly... About 15mins after getting our appetizers a girl comes up and says and I quote " I just checked on your wings their throwing them in the sauces, they should be right out" I didn't know throwing chicken in sauce took like 15-20mins more on top of the whole hour I have already been waiting.. By the time we got all of our food it was 1am the music was turned off and lights turned on bright.. I felt soo uncomfortable I just asked the girl who brought my food to bring me boxes because I didn't want to eat there anymore.. I was OVER IT. if it wasn't for the manager who took our order checking on us cause he saw my table not eating our food and giving us half off our dinner without asking I would not have tipped. Needless to say probably the worst service ever... Worse then BWW the block.. Atleast I'm full when I leave angry..smh

Food was cold, service terrible what else can you say! Had to ask for sweetner for the ice tea and they didn't have any? Brought out apps with no plates or utensils. Had to ask for refills. Flag form Manager to get check.

Good food but terrible service. We sat in the bar area. Not one but two servers who were incompetent. Barely listening to our requests and not acknowledging when we ask for things but he just brings it ten minutes later no warning. Appetizers came with meal so that's lame too. Had to ask for utensils, water and the right sauce three times each to finally receive it. Took forever to get our drinks and order and also the check. Bad time all around.

I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service here is HORRIBLE. I was told that there was a 20 minute wait for a table. I was fine with waiting. I sat at my table for 30 minutes and was never served or greeted at all. I didn't mind the wait but the fact that two other tables that were seated AFTER me were served right away. Get your shit together, BWW.

Before we visited, we read all of the horrible Yelp reviews, but it is walking distance and we wanted some wings. Plus, we thought, surely it can't be that bad. It was worse. We came in on a Friday night to a half empty restaurant. We were seated promptly at a dirty table, which was then cleared off and wiped down. We waited over 10 minutes for a server and ordered a glass of red wine and a beer. We waited another 10 minutes to be told they were out of that beer. I ordered another and there was still no sign of the wine. Then after 10 more minutes, the server brought a glass of white wine. When her mistake was pointed out she pulled out a menu and spent way too much time trying to find the drink section. She argued with us about what we had ordered and it became apparent she had no idea what the difference was between Chardonnay and Cabernet. Still no beer because she put it on "different ticket". We just walked out after 30 minutes before we got any food or drinks as the hostess said, "thanks for coming, have a nice night". Disturbingly bad service.

Keely was a prompt and courteous server. We ordered two ordered of mild buffalo wings, mushroom appetizer and veggie boat. All arrived warm and on time. My husbands beers were ordered promptly and brought even faster. They accommodated our sleeping child in a stroller beside our booth. My one displeasure was hearing as we walked in the door one of the hostesses announce she had to go to the bathroom. The other two hosts have us excellent eye contact smile and greeting. Overall we will be back because it's good bar food and we can set our toddler free in the central play area afterwards.

This place is sooo slow. My friends and I are starving. There's only 5 workers which i don't understand why. They should have more since it's busy. would not want to come back, but i probably will since it's close to home.

Horrible service! It took us about 15 minutes to get a server.. and the place was freaken dead!!!! Once our server came.. she took care of us and we received our food pretty quick. . But the wings were DRIED.. so much for sauce.. and our drink cup smelled like if nobody washed the freaken thing.. effin gross.. I'm a server myself and I know from experience how to take care of customers... oh here is the best part.. After we got our food.. nobody came to check on us if we needed anything! ! No refill no nothing! It gets better. . We see our waitress leave.. without saying that someone else will take care of us!... good job... say goodbye to your tip.... get it together bww.. I get losing us won't hurt you but if customer service keeps it up you will lose more clients. . And I can tell by the negative reviews before mine

Not one of their better locations. Horrible service for a TNF and only had 3 TVs for football. Order not correct, guy that waited on us kept coming back to ask what it was we wanted. Won't be going back to this location. One on PCH in LB is much better for TNF

We went here for happy hour and had a blast. Food was great as always and our server was AWESOME!! Our server was Ruth, and she was super sweet, friendly, and attentive. We absolutely loved her. Happy hour prices make it worth our time. I'm sure we will be back soon!

Went here Tuesday for the deal and they told us our table would be ready in 20 minutes which dragged on to a 35 minute wait. Many tables were not used and many people who came after us got their tables before us. Maybe because we had a party of 7, so not that big of a deal. The wait for our food was terrible, our waitress kept us waiting at our table for about 20 minutes before she took our order. We waited another 20 minutes for the fries to come out and an extra 45 minutes for our wings to come out. Ordered boneless and got traditional. Didnt want to change my order because I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes lol.. the food was good at least.

I started going to this BWW since it opened at Bella Terra. I was hoping for a place with better service than the one at the Outlets of Orange AKA The Block however this location seems to be getting worse and worse when it comes to service. I went last Tuesday night which I know would be busier for Wing Tuesday. I arrived at around 6pm and was asked by the hostess for a table either in the dining area or bar. I prefer the dining area since it's quieter and I saw around 5 empty tables so I asked for there. The hostess said the wait would be around 20-30 minutes for a table for 2. I was confused on why there were was a waiting area full of people and large tables open in the dining area. After waiting 15 minutes, we decided to do self seating at the bar. We noted the hostess and found a table there hoping to get service right away since we are regulars and already know what to order. I timed it and it took a total of 20 MINUTES for a server to even acknowledge our existence. Most just rush past you or chat with their co workers instead of serving tables. The hostess also mentioned that the bar area tends to have quicker service in and out. WRONG. One a server came, a dark haired female, who did not introduce herself. She came asking for drink orders and we said we were ready but she told us she could only take drink orders because she didn't have a paper to write down what we wanted. She came back with our drinks and a COCKTAIL NAPKIN to write down our orders. Very professional. Before she could even take our orders, she told us to give her a second and she walked away. 5 minutes later comes in another waitress by the name of Chanel. She took our orders and at least was more attentive but by this time we were so annoyed at the service. All the tables around us were receiving wrong orders and complaining to the manager. I ordered medium hot wings which came out extremely dry and I had to dunk them in ranch to get some moisture out of it. We paid and left as soon as we could. The night wasn't even as busy as some but the lack of customer service and attention there has gotten immensely worse. Change in management and staff is definitely necessary.

So disappointed once again ): I ordered 8 hot wings to go and I started to eat it and it was honey wings in hot sauce. So gross

We just go straight to the bar every time we come here. The bar tenders tend to be far more attentive and responsive to our needs. That's why they get tips (hint hint, waitresses on the floor). Today, like several times in the past, there was no one at the entrance to welcome guests. I noticed people waiting to be seated when half the place was empty. The wife and I just kept walking to the bar and managed to order our drinks and put in our food order within the first 5 minutes. Waitresses on the floor- TAG! you're it.

First experience going is okay. Went yesterday. Mozzarella cheese sticks were sooo good!!!! But the wings on the other hand... for that price of wings I was way dissatisfied. I got honey bbq flavour and the wings weren't completely covered in sauce! Like I could see parts uncovered completely. I felt ripped off but I had a movie to go to so I didn't bother asking for them to fix it. Maybe ill come back on their special deal day and try again because the flavour was good just not executed well enough in my opinion.

You know, I'm not a fan of chain establishments, and to be honest if it weren't for the gift certificates I received I wouldn't have ever come in, but I made the best of it and surprisingly really enjoyed myself; the food, atmosphere, and service. Came in on a Saturday early evening at about 5:45 p.m. It was not yet crowded but closer to 7 the crowds really started coming in. I started off in the bar seating area at the tables, which is self seating, rather than the normal dining area which you need to be seated for. I prefer a more laid-back yet lively atmosphere that I felt the bar seating provided. No one came up to us after a little bit at the tables so we thought, what the heck let's go to the bar counter. The bartender Vanessa quickly attended to us and asked what we'd like to start off to drink. Trestles IPA it was. Never heard of it, never had it and I loved it. I don't find their beer choices too unique but the Trestles and Lagunitas IPA stood out. They also had Deschutes. In no time we were onto ordering our wings, after asking our bartender/server some questions about the flavors. We ended up ordering the second from the hottest sauce, the spicy mango one, and sweet honey bbq. The spicy mango was the most I could really tolerate for spice. The honey bbq was more of my style and I loved it. For two people we ordered the 18 wings which equates to about $1 a wing. It was just the right amount between two, although we weren't super hungry to begin with. All in all I would probably give this place a try again. It has a nice laid back sports bar vibe to it that I think could really benefit Bella Terra.

This place is horrible. The half dozen times I went there the service in the bar was awful. The waitress didnt even know the drink menu and said she would check and come back and that took her over 20 minutes. My family always asks why does it take sooooo long to order and why doesnt anyone acknowledge us. Horrible service and they dont even care..I was told this waitress was the only one working in the bar that shift by the manager that I complained too...LAME EXCUSE!

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of those places that fills a niche that no one else really fills. The have great wings and I find myself coming in here consistently for 65 cent wing Tuesdays with a group of friends. The cater to all taste buds with their wide variety of sauces and dry rubs, and I have been well pleased with the variety of things that I have ordered here besides wings. Overall there isn't too much else to be said about Buffalo Wild Wings, it is what it is, a great spot to go for Happy Hour or to get some discounted wings, however, the happy hour and the cheap wings are really the only reason I come here.

Shitty service, took over an hour for our food to come out, then messed up on the order, gave us a "free" appetizer but was charged on the bill and had misplaced items on the bill. Overall poor poor experience and the wings were a bit cold too

Hands down the best and most flavorful variety wings in Southern California because they are twice the size as compared to Wing Stop wings. Meaning more meat to satisfy a hungry meatatarian carnivore. I always asked my wings cooked extra crispy because it will ensure a consistent texture down to the bone without any trace of blood. Though their wings are not hot to me, I like the following flavors: the rich and fatty parmesan garlic, cool lemon pepper, and original hot with ample of flavor. However, the other flavors are to die for but I prefer these ones. The service, well it needs a recall. Once you enter the premise in Berra Terra you will be warmly welcomed by the beautiful and young front staff to lure you in. However, the server and the rest of the staff looks like the average Joe but they are not professional people at all. I am not shallow, but I noticed this type of business motto throughout every Buffalo Wild Wings that I entered. Anyways, I asked the waitress for a separate bill from my party of ten, but she placed multiple subtotals and printed it on one check. Sound bad ha; however, when are feeling happy with drinking bottomless drinks, your conscious is lowered, and you simply handed the waitress your credit card without second thought. This type of bad service happened three times with different staff. Maybe the waitress or waiter have plenty of earwax in their ears that's why they have a hard time listening to my request. I will not be fooled by their shady practice and immediately requested to talk to their management. They gave me 20 wings free for my next visit. Bottom line, call for takeout but if you must dine in, then pay attention to your bill request.

This was my first time at this location. While sitting there i was reading the reviews, not good at all. So for me and my service today. My waiter was extremely polite with dooding all over me. When i eat at Buffalo Wild Wings im always craving spicy hot wings so thats why i go here. Im saying that because i never try anything else here. Today my waiter suggested i order my wings, extra crispy wet. I went wet, hmmmmmmm!. just meant they were cooked a little extra and the sauce was not all dried up but finger licking saucy, justtttttt like i like it. Side of fries and carrots and o yea, gotta have the pint of Stella on side. This location was clean, customer service was very nice so i have nooooooooooo complaints with this location... And yes i would for sure eat here again.

I'm a big bww fan! I've been to many locations and I have to say this location is the worst one of them all. The customer service sucks!!!!!! I am big when it comes to customer service. Our waitress totally did not acknowledge my table not to mention it was my moms birthday she came by ONCE and only asked one person in my party if they needed more water. Ridiculous!! And when she did ask she was there for a second. The place was pretty trashed as well. Management needs to step up their game. She def got a shitty tip from us!!!

This is the 3rd time I have been here since they opened. The first time , they were opened for about 3 weeks , the wings were amazing. The second time, after being opened for about a year, disappointing. The servers are helpful and friendly. The food, more like frozen wings , dipped in a sauce. I tried this place again, once more , and it will be my last. We waited one hour for our food to come out. Our food was brought out by someone other than our server, and the food was cold!! It probably sat for about a good 40 minutes before it was brought out. The containers they were brought to our table in were falling apart. That is how long they sat in the grease and cheese. When we complained , they offered to make us more food and take 50% off. By that time , it was nearly 10:00pm and we could no longer wait. By the looks of what they brought out, they could take 100% off and I still wouldn't eat the subpar food. The sauces that they use are good . Maybe they should sell the sauces to grocers and get out of the restaurant business.

Food was a 3 star but the service was a 1 star. I ordered the steak burger with medium hot sauce n it was pretty good. The wedges though we're either really dry or just perfect. There was only two of us and we really didn't order much but it still took 35mins to get our food. We saw out waitress only 4 times, when we ordered and got our food. After we finished eating we waited 20 mins for her to stop by to get a box which took another 10 mins for her to drop off the boxes (which were too small) and the checks. Then we Waited another 5 mins for her to comeback before we decided to just leave and pay upfront. I would just suggest another place.

The two stars is for the waitress being nice We had a party of 16 and we had one waitress the entire time who I can tell needed some help. The food came out cold , we had no silverware the entire time , the chicken on the salad was inedible, and every thing was really slow. Maybe the staff needs to be trained because everyone was nice I just felt no one really knew what they were doing.

Do NOT, I repeat... do NOT get anything else other than wings. Everything else is mediorcre at best. You're better off cooking on your own, microwaving the leftovers, then forgetting about it and microwaving it again so you can finally eat it. The wings are just okay. I personally prefer the wings that have the dry rub rather than the ones doused in sauce. The wings that are all sauced up are, in my opinion, entirely too sauced up. It's a bit overwhelming. My boyfriend loves this place so we will continue to go on Thursdays for 50% off boneless wings, but other than that? I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

I have been here twice and the first experience (as far as the food goes) was better than the second; however, both experiences were negative stars on customer service. The first time I came here, I ordered wings only...the wings are good but way over priced. The waitress was DECENT at best but she took a long time to get the order in and wasn't very polite. The second time around I ordered the sampler. Everything was OKAY except the nachos!!! They were HORRIBLE the cheese tasted very foul I could barely swallow. When I order a drink refill for my son, the waitress brought back the refilled drink and pretty much threw it in the table while walking by. The only reason I even came back for a second visit was because I had a gift card. I will not be making a third visit.

This location is the best I have been to. The food is always good and you don't have to wait too long. They have games and TV's everywhere! This place is fun. I come here all the time for a casual night out with my husband.

SO gross. Unbelievably bad. Such a shame considering the potential of the space. Lots of Huge tv's, nice beer selection and great service, but I can't stress enough how terrible the food is. I had chicken strips with a spicy dry rub and fries. Not only did it come to the table cold, it was FREEZER BURNED. We also had the Tailgate Sampler that had wings, spinach dip, pretzels w/ nacho dip & jalapeno poppers and I can honestly say 7-11 would have done it better. It's not even the kind of gross that you appreciate when you're drunk. Obviously from the freezer and dare I say microwaved? Sell the TVs and break your lease guys, it's just not working out.

As I walked into the bar and was able to find a table to sit at, it took almost 10 minutes before I was greeted by Hayden. He said he was not our server but he noticed us sitting at a table with nothing in front of us. He offered to get us drinks but said that our server Dylan would be right with us...it took about another 10 minutes for his to make it over to us and ask if we wanted any appetizers or anything to eat. I work in the restaurant industry myself and I felt the service was a little unorganized. I see the first guy (Hayden) bussing tables, cleaning up, and pretty much seemed like the only one working....a table of 4 got sat next to me and all 4 guys got up and sat at the bar because they had not been served or acknowledged in about 5 minutes as well. I wouldn't really recommend this place to many people unfortunately. I was able to get a few drinks and appetizers....although it took almost 40 minutes to get even some nachos, mushrooms, and jalapeño bites. All in all, it was decent food, but slow service.

It took me a longtime to write this cause the two ladies who helped me wrote their names on my receipt which I just came across finally..but I'm still grateful and believe good service should be recognized...so I came in not for a table but because it was my husband's birthday and, sorry guys but happens for his dinner I decided to bake his favorite food wings (very proud-I do not cook often). So of course cannot have wings without proper, legit dip. I had to straight up hit up BWW to try to buy some sauces haha. I came in and was helped by Kayla J., and Autumn. Lol they understood what I was talkin bout haha. I came in for a simple thing but they were patient with me and helped me get just what I needed and to which dips would be best and just had wonderful customer service skills. Thank you ladies you rock!!!!

Had dinner here for the first time ever and it was a good experience! There was a pretty cool interactive poker app that they had displayed on their TV. You download the app onto your phone and you can play against other people that are in the restaurant. Foodwise, it was ok. Everything came out pretty quickly and I really liked the asian zing sauce! We all ordered traditional wings and nobody had anything to complain about. Honestly, they're only getting 4 stars for the great service. We had constant refills of drinks without having to ask for them, I somehow got a boneless chicken in my order of traditional wings and when I notified my server he immediately went and got me another wing (and let me keep the boneless one too!). Our server was great about splitting up our bill onto 3 cards and got everything settled quickly for us as well.

Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE! The wings were dry, over cooked and I had to ask for more sauce. The fries were soggy and GROSS! Could not have been more disappointed. A place that is named after the food that they can't get right, deserves ZERO stars! Go there for a drink and the game ONLY! Stay away from the food.

Been there twice, this place was only about 20% occupied, but food and drinks took forever to get ordered and even longer to arrive. Really? I wonder if you actually get your food on a busy football Sunday. Go to the local joint on Beach Blvd, Wings n Things...great food and service.

I've been an avid visitor to the LB location and this location. For almost a year I came here 1-2 times a week. Over the past year EVERY aspect has declined! The chicken is tougher and more breading than chicken these days. The host/front staff is the worst!! I've noticed quite a quick rotation of who's working there. Sometimes it's the individual's themselves that are lacking the right skills but from what I've seen it seems to stem mostly from a training/management issue. The managers I've encountered lately have all had an annoyed bitter attitude. Also, when it comes to the survey deal they've gotten really weird about it, now you have to show the confirmation email on your phone or they won't take the receipt saying 'we can't validate this'.....then fix your system. It's been going on awhile. Tip for Buffalo Wild Wings as a company ; you should expand the take-out area as one machine for entering/charging orders never seems to cut it.

Their wings are great! And their prices are great as well. This place is perfect for a little hang out spot. My favorite is the spicy garlic boneless wings extra wet and their strawberry daiquiri drink. You have to go during Tuesdays, they have a special wing night. Just got about 18 wings for only $12 or $13. I will definitely make this one of my regular spots.

1 star for food and happy hour. negative stars for the customer service. after being ignored by our server we asked for the manager only to not have anyone come over....tried to just close out the bill without the beer that we had been waiting 20 minutes for but still couldn't get our server to do that for us. Glenice (I think that was her name) was also the most rude human being I've ever met. all we asked was where our other beer was and she responded with, "well clearly we are understaffed so it's gonna be awhile" WELL if youre understaffed maybe you need to hire either better servers who can handle a higher volume of customers or MORE servers so you aren't understaffed. sadly I think management doesn't emphasis on service at any of the BWW but this location is definitely the worst. i will be writing a letter to corporate but I'm sure that will likely be ignored as well lol....

I'm giving it one star because I have to. My first time here and it was AWFUL. Worst service ever. Worst food ever. I didn't want to leave a tip but since my kids come here I didn't want to embarrass them. AND on top of everything else...it was expensive for what we got. I didn't even eat my food. Will NEVER come back and will go back to where they have good wings. You lost our business and I was really hoping for a good experience.

The bone-in wings are amazing. Other than that, everything else is just o.k. at best. 03/20/14 update: As far as appetizers go, there are two appetizers that are actually worth getting. The 'potato wedges' and the 'mozzarella sticks'.

69cent wing tuesdays ftw. place is packed on tuesdays, but boyfriend and i chose to sit at the bar which was no wait at all. a couple of guiness and loads of wings later, i was mucho content. parmesan garlic, asian zing, caribbean jerk = yum. mango habanero = mad bts. for those that aren't korean that means burning butthole sensation. there i said it! spicy garlic = no bueno. great spot to sit and watch the games as you throw back a few cold ones and consume massive amounts of meat. jalapeno pepper bites = meh. not really what i was expected, nor did it have any zing.. potato wedges = win. when are potatoes ever a fail though? definitely dine in. when you order for take out, they forget things even when you confirm your order, and they repeat it back to you.

Lunch special on Mondays through Friday has pretty gold deals. The 8 wings and fries combo come with a drink and its cheaper then the Tuesday wing special. At night this place gets crowded on a tuesday night. So I avoid if possible. The Cerritos location is much better on a tuesday night. I'm not really feeling the change from Coca Cola to Pepsi. I like my wings and coke. I'm having a Dr. Pepper instead... Slightly disappointed.

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. It doesn't even deserve one star. When we got to the restaurant and sat at our table, the server told us that there was no Asian zing or mango habanero sauce. HUGE disappointment. What kind of manager doesn't order enough sauce at a WING place?!?!?! Also, the manager stood in one place for two hours straight watching the baseball/football game. Glad he is getting paid to do absolutely nothing. The waiter got our order SO wrong. We ordered a mixture of boneless and traditional and the waiter wrote down everything and then our order came out all traditional. I don't know what happened but he didn't even check the order before bringing it out to us. And then he got really flustered when we tried to correct it and struggled to do that. He was trying to be really nice but it was annoying that he couldn't get an order right and seemed frustrated when we asked for what we actually ordered. Overall, the worst experience I have ever had a Buffalo Wild Wings. It makes me not want to go again, and absolutely not to this location. They never make an effort to make it up to you either. The manager was still standing doing nothing when we left. Do your job and maybe we would have had a better experience. I felt like I shouldn't have had to pay for my meal after all the mess ups. Thanks for nothin BWW.

Lacks flavor in the wings. The medium taste like tyson microwave wings... Lemon pepper taste like regular wings, you have to dip it in the seasoning to get the taste. Come here only when its $ .65 cent wings.

Don't come here. Honestly your better off buying wings at the grocery store. Service sucked and I'll stop here before I start cursing.

Six months has passed since I started this review. Since we can't post reviews from phones, this review has been sitting in my "unfinished reviews" so, I'll start where I left off... First visit ever to BWW. If first impressions are crucial then this place has A LOT to learn. I like Hooter's. That should tell you that I'm pretty chill when it comes to service. I don't know...maybe our server was having a bad day. Sucks that we chose to make her bad day, our first visit there. I really liked their salt and vinegar wings. Ok...I'm lying. I kinda love their salt and vinegar wings. It reminds me of the chicken my Papa and Uncle use to make when I was little. Anywaaays.... I consider myself a quick learner but, when it comes to food I must have some sort of delayed reaction. I have dined at BWW twice since I started this review. Service has been crappy each time. When I say "crappy", I mean....I feel like I'm more of a bother than a paying customer and everyone working there hates life. Well, as to not allow shitty service deprive my taste buds of the tasty little wings...I decided that carry out is the best way to go. Friendly to-go / hostess staff Quick service (food is always bagged and ready when I get there) Orders are accurate Just too bad I can't actually sit at BWW and enjoy hot wings.

Came in to grab food after an afternoon movie. Big Mistake! There was maybe 5-6 tables in the restaurant but we waited 10 minutes before we even saw our server. At which time we ordered drinks and an appetizer. She returned about 7 minutes later with our drinks and the glasses were not clean there was stuff floating in the bottom of both our glasses. So we decided to get drinks from the bar bc I knew they would be cleaner than that. While in this time our appetizer was sitting on the table getting cold bc we had nothing to drink. When we had reordered the drinks it took another 10 minutes so we finally get our drinks order our wings and eat our nacho appetizer (good not great). The wings came out moments later. Mine were ok but my bfs did not smell right. So we asked for the check and left. Being a server and in the industry for most of my life I was extremely disappointed especially coming from a corporate chain restaurant.

Horrible service and horrible food. We waited for forever for our food to finally come out and everything was cold and tasteless. Their buffalo flatbread pizza had no flavor and looked like something I can find at a school cafeteria. My bf ordered their buffalo sandwich wrap which looked like it was thrown together in a matter of seconds. I know they're probably still new and working the kinks out, but the food does not make up for terrible service. I have been to their other locations and have always enjoyed their food so this location was quite a disappointment.

The food was okay. The service was a bit iffy. The waitresses were friendly, but a little off.. We ordered our drinks with one waitress. Another waitress came by to ask what we wanted to drink and we replied that another waitress took our order for drinks already. Then before we could tell her we wanted to order, she just sped off! We got two waters and a strawberry lemonade for drinks. The waters came with straws and the strawberry lemonade was a little late "because the bartender is a bit slow." When we got the strawberry lemonade, she basically placed it down and turned her back on us within a split second. Without a straw for it. Plus, the strawberry lemonade tasted like it came out of a can. Maybe we should've tried another one of the lemonades/limeades. Another incident was when we asked for a to-go box. We had half an order of onion rings and 5 wings. She gave us the smallest box for both of those portions. We didn't even bother to wait and ask for another box because we just wanted to get out of there. I've had better service at BWW!

Tons of flavors to choose from, cheap, even cheaper on promotional days. Beer kind of on the expensive side, still a chill place to hangout and eat at.

Food is good, same as other locations. Service is terrible. This is my second time here and my last. Our waitresses only check on us as a last resort and we're sitting at the first table when you walk in the door, next to their station. I would not recommend this location to anyone

Been coming here the past few Wednesday and sat at the bar. I always get great service from the bartender, David. The wings are great and they have happy hour starting at 11 pm. Another great reason why I love catching sports games here, they have the Ducks and Angels game on with sound!!!

    (5)
  • Elissa S.

BWW is a good spot to catch a sports game. Food isn't the best but it's affordable and there's usually different specials for food and drinks every day. On game days the wait for a table can get pretty long, so try to snag a table at the bar while waiting. There's several TV's and projector screens that play all different kinds of sports. However, when I came to watch a game of the NBA Finals recently, one of the projector screens (above the bar) was fairly light and had a pink tinge, which made it difficult to see the game. Service can also get kind of slow during game days too.

I came here craving chicken wings and my experience was not so fulfilling. One of the servers walked by my table and smelled terribly of BO. It was to the point that it made me nauseous. The servers could be a bit more inviting and friendly and I ordered the wings and had to ask another server for the side of celery because my sever didn't bother including it. For a time that wasn't so busy, this place looked overstaffed with people who could do way better at getting the orders correct. Definitely not a fan of here.

I personally think this Buffalo Wild Wings location service and foods have gone down hill dramatically. My girlfriend gets an hour lunch and i decided I want to get some wings since it was boneless Thursday, we arrived at 12:09 and we went to seat in the bar area as we normally do. We sat around and I noticed there were at most 4 other tables in the bar seating area, but I counted 4 servers running around. My girlfriend and I sat around for more than 20 minutes without anyone greeting us and asking us if we would like something to drink, this was after the bartender/server and I have made eye contact numerous times. So after the wait without being serviced I decided that my girlfriend and I go eat at Johnny Rockets next door. I have noticed that their service has gotten slower and slower every time I visit, and not only that but their foods have gotten more and more bland. I no longer enjoy their mango habenero wings, as it is often drenched too much in sauce and the flavor is lack luster, the only flavor I enjoy from them now is the Honey BBQ. Buffalo wild wings doesn't my patronage, I can happily take it some where else. I'm a generous tipper, I leave at least a 20% tip on the total bill(after tax), if the servers at Buffalo wild wings doesn't need my tip dollars I will happily give it to another server at another restaurant who needs it.

I came here on a Friday night with a big group of people. We all ended up sitting in the bar area and all spread out at different tables, which wasn't a big deal because we didn't call ahead. I sat a table with 3 others and we ordered 50 wings and buffalo chips, which were pretty much just a variation of fries/potato wedges but cut in circles to look like chips. For the wings, we got 4 different sauces- sweet BBQ, thai curry, spicy garlic, mango habanero, and 1 seasoning that I forgot the name of but had chipotle in the name. I liked the sweet BBQ and was only able to try the chipotle seasoning one because my spicy food tolerance is very low. The chipotle seasoning was pretty spicy for me so I didn't dare try any of the others. My friends said they were all pretty good, especially the mango habanero. The service was OK. Nothing really stood out here but I don't eat wings often and have yet to find a place that has excellent wings so until then, I would come back.

Great wings! great flavors! I only come here on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the special priced wings, any other day is just pricey. Friendly service! Mango Habanero! Garlic Parmesan Teriyaki Lemon Pepper

This place is an epic fail... Buffalo "chips" aren't chips at all, just soggy potatoes with warm cheese whiz on the side. And the boneless wings are pure breading. Servers are friendly but understaffed and too busy to be attentive, still waiting for my check 20 minutes after our table has been done eating. Don't waste your money!

Driest wings ever. Tip: If you're going to go here on a game night, be sure to come early or else you're going to stand around for two hours with a stiff neck from attempting to watch the game whilst standing below the tv monitor.

So the Buffalo Wild Wings in Buena Park is one of the reasons I created a Yelp account in the first place, because they were soooo horrible. I decided to give the company another chance so I went to the new BWW that opened by my house in Bella Terra. I went on a Thursday night which happened to be Boneless Thursdays where you can get boneless wings for $.65 each, which is a pretty good deal! We sat at the bar, which was very roomy for such a small looking place on the outside. There were plenty of TVs for you viewing pleasure and lots of beer to choose from, as well as a fully bar. The wings came out relatively fast considering the amount of people there. They were sauced well and mighty tastey. Since it was Boneless Thursday if you wanted a side of ranch with that special it was .$50 which was fairly understandable (ranch is free with normal priced wings). The service was excellent at the bar and I will definitely be back to this location.

This Buffalo Wild Wing location use to be way better... But now the quality of everything has diminished. Came here Tuesday night with a couple of friends and it was ridiculously packed, but that's understandable considering the deal they offer on Tuesdays. The hostess then told us it'd be an hour wait, which was fine by us. An hour and 15 minutes go by and we go in to check the status of our table. She then tells us that our table is getting cleaned and that we'll be seated within 2 minutes... LIES. 15 minutes later and still nothing, at this point some of my friends had left, so upon asking her to change the table group size. She interrupts me and says it's going to take longer to get a table... Before I could even finish saying that I was downsizing my group number. RUDE. But the guy host proceeded to tell her about my group becoming smaller. And all she says was "oh, thought you were adding people" without looking at me and walks off. RUDEx2. Anyways we finally get seated and order our food, which takes a life time to come... Though our waitress kept coming by and reassuring us that the food will be out in a minute. Yeah it took another hour to come. I ended up ordering 7 honey bbq wings and asked if I could get them to be all flats (no drumsticks basically) Each wing is .70 on Tuesdays. I order 7 which came out to be 4.90, but because I ordered all flats I got charged an extra 3.50?! Wtf is this. To replace 3 drumsticks with flats it's costed an extra 3.50... And upon confronting 2 waitresses both just shrugged and said they actually have no idea because they're new and in training... To sum it all it up: Service is complete crap Food is decent Pricing doesn't make any sense Save your time and money and go somewhere else for wings.

The service is HORRIBLE, SLOW and UNPROFESSIONAL. Me, my wife and daughter went there on Father's Day we were expecting that place to be really crowded, surprisingly it wasn't, when we asked for a table they told us it'll take long time to be seated because people were watching a game so they kept telling the same thing to the people that walked in after us, some of the people just walked away leaving the restaurant. You see at least 4 hostesses at front hanging around talking with each other and laughing, We waited at least 25 minutes before being seated. Parties were seated before us who arrived after us, we were seated around couple of empty tables ( I thought they were really busy? If there were empty tables, I don't see the reason why they made us wait for so long to be seated) once at the table, multiple servers passed by us and didn't ask if we needed help. We waited for other 10 minutes while I was looking 2 waitresses arguing and pointing at our table then one of them went to the back and finally decided to come to our table taking our drinks order, after a 10 mins of waiting, my daughter's drink came first then we waited for other few minutes to get my beer and my wife's drink, the waitress just set the drinks on the table and walked away, I had to tell her we were ready to order our food, she said she will come back to take our order, after she took our order, we wait for so long , we finished our drinks, the food never came to the table, even worse nobody came to check in if we needed another drink, We never got our food! I asked to talk to the manager, I told her we wanted to leave and just pay for the drinks because we were tired of waiting for the food, she apologized then she went to the back and came back to our table with a paper saying we had waited ONLY 18 minutes?? Really?? Was she trying to make me look like an idiot?? We just walked away leaving a 20 dollars bill on the table paying for the drinks. It's a shame knowing Buffalo Wild Wings have great food with LAZY, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL employes that just don't like their job.

I am a fan of this place. The customer service is excellent. Everyone is very polite and greet people nicely. The place is packed and there were many TVs with various sporting events playing. The food was incredible. We had the potato wedges with cheese and some boneless wings. Incredible! The price was very reasonable for such delicious tasting food! I will be back again with the family.

Large draft beer selection. Large selection of wing sauces. Many large TVs. Much game sound. Service is usually very good despite the extreme crowds. Parkin' aint easy. Don't order all drums; they have given me cold, tiny, meatless drums each time I've asked. It must be a pain for the cooks to pick out the drums so they screw you a bit for making them work harder.

I've been to a few BWW locations and IMO this location is the best one to go to. To keep it simple, here's why: WING SIZE & FLAVOR: Their wings are ginormous here! It's like they fed their chicken steroids and then served their wings in a basket. The seasonings are very flavorful as well, no matter which style you get. SERVICE: If there's a wait, its usually never that long. The longest I've waited was 15 minutes, and that was when it was a packed house too. The servers here are attentive, and get the food out fairly quick. They were also very patient and accommodating when we had a party of 30 in the patio. Great service! CLEANLINESS: The establishment is very spacious, cluster free, and well maintained. The dirtiest one that I have seen is the BWW located at the Block. It's never clean, the tables are never wiped down, and the entire place just looks grungy. If your in the mood for messy finger food and want to grab a beer and watch the game, BWW at Bella Terra is the perfect choice!

I really loved the location but this review is based completely on overcooked/old boneless wings and not the best service. The first order of wings that came out tasted like they had been cooked early because they were dry and lacked flavor. The regular wings tasted OK, but the boneless for sure had something wrong with them. I know for sure they don't taste like that because I have ordered them from other locations. The day we went was Friday 5/17/13 and got there around 1:30 PM and the service was OK at best, we waited a long time for a waitress to come help us, there was one waitress working the bar area but there was only about three other tables at most in her area. We had to ask for plates, and we didn't have enough place settings for all three of us, so we waited and waited and finally I went to the actually bar to ask and get them myself. I don't want to leave her name on here but I think the bar area should be fun, fast, and relaxing to sit and my experience which was my first one and last one wasn't that. To top it off I still left a 17% tip which I always leave a 20% and I still shouldn't have even left that much because her service was bad. Also one thing that I found rather dangerous was when I was leaving I told the young lady working at the front that the wood/laminate by the front was slippery and they need to clean up that spot, I even pointed to the exact spot and she told me that they just cleaned earlier that's why it's slippery. I told her someone is going to slip and fall and she said it's OK they cleaned it earlier so it's like that. I just kind of looked at her in amazement and walked out, I really hope no one fell that day because I warned them about the spot. It only took me one time to know this will be my last time ever going back to Buffalo Wild Wings in Huntington Beach Bella Terra you definitively will NOT be seeing me again and I don't recommend this place.

I'm not a hater. I'm really not. give me wings and a pint any day, but make it right. drier chicken than the after effects of a mojave sandstorm. my response? "next time we come for the game, let's not get wings." how can you go to a wing place and not want to get wings? ..if you get the soft pretzels. wowza. so good! always made fresh at this establishment or other BWW's. be sure you request the queso.. that really drives it home. I could eat two orders of this if Hoang T. didn't slap my hand away and remind me I'm supposed to be on a diet (again!). pass on the Buffalo chips and burger. I was foolish enough to think, if the wings aren't good at a wing place, maybe the burger will be good. I couldn't be more sadly wrong. service is typical and always friendly. TV's galore. I love coming for the game as the TV's are plenty and crowd still minimal because of it's new location. definite return when the Black Mamba seeks vindication next season.

I feel this place is 3 1/2 stars to me. It's not the best wing place but, usually I would go to Wing Stop sine they have Family Meals since it's great for groups. This place is great for groups but I wish they would have Family meals.

service here is a joke! they need to employ more workers because it takes forever to get your orders. also ordering take out here they got my order wrong. twice! waited a total of about 1.5 hours for my wings and didn't even get a sorry. not the first time. Save your self the time and go to another bww.

Went there last night for Monday Night Football. Got there an hour early thinking it would be crowded, but it wasn't. The waitress was sooooooo bad it wasn't even funny. Literally 3 tables in the bar area with people at them, and we couldn't find her to order drinks and food. When we were finished with a beer, we had to find her and wave her over. She would come over as if we were bothering her. Take our new drink order, not clear the table of our empty bottles and glasses. And take forever bringing our drinks. When she finally went home I was relieved thinking our new waitress would be better. I was wrong again, this one might have been even worse. The service here is absolutely atrocious. However the boneless wings are in sane and that's the only reason we go there. Plenty of TVs to watch sports on as well so that's nice. If you're someone that likes good service definitely avoid this place.

Worst service ever! I get every restaurant has last minute customers but that is not a reason to give trashy service! Plus the manager was so rude and looks like she hates everyone there. If she lives a miserable life it's all her fault not the customers, she knows what she got herself into. The server at the end gives us our check and still pulls out a HUGE FAKE yawn! Unbelievable! This places deserves negative 0.

Was craving some chicken wings with my friends so we decide to stop by BWW since it was nearby. Walk in and was greeted by a tall-blonde guy (wish I got his name down), but he was terrible. Seriously, how did he get hired? My friend Tori put her name down for our table and he responded with "Kory?" Tori: "No, Tori" Him: "KORY"? Tori: "TORI". The more he repeated himself, the ruder he got. He gave us a glare and said something under his breath. You can easily tell in his tone he was un-happy with us. He told us it would be a 5 minute wait and it ended up being 10-15 minutes, it wasn't even busy at the time. Our server was whatever too, very un-enthusiastic. We ordered waters for our drink and she was too lazy to take our waters back whenever we needed a refill. She just kept bringing more cups. There was a total of 12 cups on the table when we were done. On top of everything, the wings were super dry and a huge a disappointment. These guys must hate their job, never coming to this location, again. Actually I don't even want to come back to BWW.

I probably would have given the location a single star had it not been for our original waitress, Kimmie, and the one that stepped in, Nicole, when she saw we were less than happy. And I really need to apologize for some of the totally ignorant reviews below mine, not all of HB are as stupid as them! My buddy and I have been to a few BW3's over the years, if you know it as BW3's then you know what I mean, and have never had bad service until tonight. Felt like some wings and beer for dinner. Started off with less than enthused hostesses that honestly just seemed lazy and didn't want to seat us. So we grabbed a seat at the bar where Kimmie helped us at first and was awesome! Then she introduced is to her stand in while she went to lunch, Jessica, who seemed more than happy to help. Oh how wrong that was! Never ONCE checked on us after being introduced. Nicole had to step in to make sure we got our food which was room temp and getting colder as we ate because Jessica hadn't bothered to even see if any good was up. After letting Kimmie know what happened during her lunch, not her fault at all, she gets the manager whom we let decide what would be fitting give us, comped us an appetizer and the veggies I had to ask 3 times for. Not cool considering our food was really not good at all and we even got the wrong beer delivered. Oh and when we left we at least tried to say have a good nigh to Jessica but got the total cold shoulder. In all thank you to Kimmie and Nicole for making a horrible experience a little better. The effort was noticed!

My son's favorite spot to eat so I come to eat here alot. I've tried every single wing flavor but my favorite is the mango habanero. Blazing is good but very inconsistent in spice...sometimes way too spicy and sometimes just right. Most of the BWW locations take forever to bring out your order and service is pretty horrible. I used to go for lunch and sometimes had to take my food to go...

This is without a doubt one of the most impassioned reviews I have ever written. I. love. this. place. I am honestly THE biggest fan of Buffalo Wild Wings there is. I have been wanting to come here for literally 2 years, but have never been close enough to one to go on a whim. But on a recent trip to Anaheim/Newport Beach I figured I would take advantage of having one close by on a Sunday afternoon, and boy am I glad I did... FIRST of all the atmosphere in this particular Buffalo Wild Wings is absolutely incredible on a Sunday during football season. I watched the San Francisco 49ers play the Saint Louis Rams here and the Rams one on a last second field goal in OT. I had both die-hard Rams and 9er fans on either side of me, and the whole restaurant was screaming at the tv on every big play. I literally had NO idea what I was getting myself into when I walked in... I mean... I have seen the ads, 10,000 times, so I had an idea of what I'd hoped it would be like, but my expectations were not only met, but far exceeded. I'll start with the wings... The Asian Zing sauce? Ridiculous. If I could take every taste I like, and bottle it, it would be this sauce. And I would take it home with me, like I did with a bottle this afternoon. Are the wings expensive? Yah. Nearly $1 a wing... But who cares? They're dank. Totally worth it. I had 12 myself. Perfectly cooked and hand tossed in my favorite sauce. And if you have a particular taste in beer, like I do, then this is your spot. They literally have a least 30 different beers, including high life... It's bottled, but I could honestly care less. At least it's not canned, which I would gladly order anyways... But for me, this place has honestly everything I need. Wings. High life. Football. People who are into the game. Waitresses who call u out if u order a water at the bar... I'll be back. Soonest chance I get. I'm hooked.

I went to this BWW on Tuesday for wing Tuesdays for the first time, and boy, this BWW had the worst service ever. The server my party had didn't really cared about our table. He usually just walked by us with a water pitcher in his hand and not acknowledge us at all. It took about 30-40 minutes until our wings came out. One guy from my party ordered 6 wings and when it came out there was only 5 wings. When we let our server know, he did absolutely NOTHING about it, UNTIL we reminded him again; for TWO more times + before that, we told another server. Another reason that ticked me off most was; my friends and I came in at about 3pm and we did not leave until 5:45pm because of the slow/worst service ever. IF YOU GO TO THIS BWW, do not get the server named RANDY! I think that's his name LOL but he should be an African American male with glasses and a beard.

This is a 3.5 star rating. But I'm giving it a 3. *****5-star Level: -Garlic Parmesan Wings. Seriously. No ranch or sauce required. ****4-star Level: -Wings Tuesdays ($0.69) -Fun servers ***3-star level: -Not every day is Tuesday. -Boneless wings are literally cubes of chicken breaded disguised and fried into a weird nugget shape. -Boneless wings...really? Cubes?

Open til midnight, I'm a nightowl so late night places are always great. Not too crowded, but tvs all around with sports going on. Trivia game I think you can play from your table. Hubby ordered chicken tenders with BLAZING hot sauce and on the hot sauce chart it was the hottest. I wondered why but minded my own business. He made it through 3 tenders and said he needed another sauce. We got honey bbq which was really flavorful, and it didn't have any heat. I tried the jerk chicken sandwich. The chicken was very good and the flavors were interesting. I also ordered a side of potato wedges with cheese and was surprised when both our orderscame out with fries. The menu here is pretty overwhelming so for me it was like pick a section and then decide on that. Since both our meals were good I want to go back to try some wings. prices seemed reasonable and we were both stuffed and couldnt finish our fries. They have a large beer selection so if you drink I can see this place being really great for a group.

I'm giving this place one star because Yelp won't allow me to give less. If I were to give an accurate review, it would receive a '-1' star. This place sucks donkey balls. I am a big girl because I love food. And I'm not picky. If it's good, I'll eat it. Hell, if I'm hungry, I'll even eat food that isn't good. With that said-I wouldn't eat this shit if I was STARVING! I wouldn't give this food to my worst enemy. It was THAT BAD! I'm thinking their 'kitchen' consists of a freezer and a microwave. Oh, and a walk-in pantry loaded with sauces to smother the 'food' in to make it their 'own'. They have Poutine, and say on the menu that they got this idea from Canadians who like to put gravy on their fries. Good job, BWW- now you've pissed off an entire country. Here's a valuable tip: next time you're looking for a quick, tasty meal, go to BWW and play the claw game with the stuffed animal prizes. Then eat your prize. I guarantee it'll taste better than any food you order off the menu. On the plus side-the service is just as shitty as the food. So at least they're consistent! Never ever again!!!!! EVER!

I love the video game booths!! They have touch screen video games in some of the booths and it makes for a great time! As for wings, since thats why were here!! I prefer the dry rub style over the traditional wet wings. Come on wednesday since it is "wing wednesday" and every wing is only 65 cents! Tuesday is traditional wing tuesday which means all traditional (with bone) is only 65 cents. Since ive never seen a chicken without bones this is my choice! Traditional with desert heat dry rub or the Lemon pepper dry rub. Video games- play Dodge Bull and Zombie cats! Both are addicting and so much fun.. Let me know when you beat my 2,500,000 score on zombie cats (not gonna happen but at least you can smile while loosing) Only thing that keeps this from 5 stars is they always run out of the seasonal beer. This time its the Blue Moon Winter seasonal and it has been out for 3 trips in a row..

I used to go here every Tuesday of the week. I was obsessed with BWW. All my friends knew where I was Tuesday afternoon or evening. This was definitely the place to be if you wanted wings and for a fair price on a Tuesday evening. I believe it is 65 cents a wing on a Tuesday. Although it may be crowded, Tuesdays are always better if you want to go here. Now onto the food. At first, I love the wings the hype was definitely in my favor, but as time passed I found the wings to not be all that great. The sauces that were supposed to be not really spicy were burning, and I found myself drinking more water than eating wings. The dry rubbed wings barely ever have the rub on the wing so you were basically eating a fried chicken with no flavor. Then the meat started to be a bit dry itself. Maybe it was because I was getting sick of eating it everyday? Who knows.. I just know that by the end of my BWW stage I was tasting something totally different than what I first started off with. Also, the onion rings are not really great. The onion is alright and the batter they use is not crunchy and has a softly odd taste to it. However, the spinach artichoke dip is delicious and still is. I've gotten it every single time I've gone to BWW. The dip and pita chips seize to amaze me. Oh and the fries are not bad at all, just regular yummy thin cut fries. Lastly, the waiters and waitresses are a bit slow here, and I always find myself hunting someone down just to get a refill on drinks, more ranch, or the bill. In addition, the food takes awhile to come out so if you are in a rush, I wouldn't recommend that you go here. Although, if you are looking for a wing experience or a place to go once in awhile, this is the place to go.

I really prefer going to this B Dubs to any other one so far. Been there 3 times and the food is great and a lot of tvs. Plus the bar area is huge which is good for happy hour prices. They have wing days on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Server was nice, we had two though. One of them forgot to put our order of potato wedges in, probably because she was doing other rounds at other tables and the other server was hunting her down. On the not-so-bright-side, we didn't get a free order for them forgetting until we practically got our bill. We only received a not-so-sincere apology. Needs: better and efficient servers for not-so-hard orders.

Tuesday was my first time at this location and my dining experience took about two and a half hours due to the service. My experience wasn't that great, but it could have been better. First, we had to ask our waiter to take our orders because 20 minutes have already passed since we were seated. Secondly, the wait for our food took about 30 minutes and our orders got messed up. My friend didn't receive her fries, I didn't receive the right veggie bowl, and another friend was short a wing (which took over half an hour for just one wing to come out after asking several times). Lastly, it took about 20 minutes to get the bill after I asked for it. Other than the service, the wings we're alright. Except for the blazin, it was a little on the dry side.

I'm huge for wings and I'm a total Wingstop fan-boy, but I won't be biased here, because this place is great! This one just opened and there's a lot of hype. Coming in, the place was huge with screens of all sizes everywhere. The workers were friendly and all seem happy. Perfect place for a Laker game. It may be a little pricey, but the atmosphere and environment makes up for it, especially if you go on Tuesdays for Wing Tuesdays (Discounted wings)! Ordering the wings, we got the Parmesan Garlic, Mango Habanero, Caribbean Jerk and Lemon Pepper with sides of the Veggie Boat, Soft Pretzels and Chili Con Queso Dip. Everything came out hot and delicious, especially the appetizers and the wings were just right and large in size! [THE GOOD] Chili Con Queso Dip Soft Pretzels Size of wings Atmosphere Perfect for game nights Trivia and games [THE BAD] Wings aren't as flavorful as Wingstop wings In a very busy location (Hard to find good parking)

Came here with a group of friends during their grand opening which happened to be some where near the election date. Food: this place is pretty good. compared to the only two BWW that i have been to i gotta say that this is up there. the sauce for each wing is evenly distributed and covered, but there are times where there is too much suace and it kind of over powers everything. but every time that i have visited this place that has rarely happened to me. the wings are meaty enough to where you can enjoy yourself. At first the block was my main place and now i have somewhere closer this is now the new hangout joint every tuesday XD oh by the way the price for each wing on wing tuesday has changed from 55 cents to 65 and trust me thats a big difference. i was shocked when i heard this Service: I will say hands down that the service here is excellent. the waiters and waitresses are very attentive. all of them are super friendly and nice. at times you can even spark a conversation with them if they have time Location: i will say that since i go down to the area a lot i love the location of this establishment but at the same time i wish it was somewhere else because since this place is in bella terra now there will be more cars and less parking. so parking structures will be used a lot. Overall: i will say that this place is a must if you are hungry and in the mood for wings especially on tuesday. but i will say this though, dont expect to come here and be full unless you are willing to fork over at least $20-$30 (approx.)

The people who greet you..... don't. Being told that I would only have to wait 10-15 minutes for a table and then ending up having to wait 35 minutes instead really pisses me off, as well as the service. There's plenty of people coming in that have to wait for tables to be cleaned, which apparently takes 20 minutes for one table. The service is by far, one of the worst restaurant services I've ever encountered. And no , I am not exaggerating. The people who are supposed to greet you are condescending and act as if they're doing YOU the favor. In all of my previous visits to BWW, I've experienced bad service, from being refused by one of the employees to exchange $100 bill to $20 to being ignored by our waiter and having to call up a different waitress JUST to get our order. Really, if i was able to give NO stars, i would . On the bright side though, the waiter that served us today was polite and up to par.

Well like I've said before in a previous review of a different Buffalo Wild Wings. It's a hit or miss and this location was a definite miss. What really drags this place down is their service. After my siblings and I were seated, it took forever to get our orders taken and it even took longer to get the food. Our waitress just stood along the wall trying to stay hidden. I don't know if she was a new hire or not, but that's really ridiculous. When the food did come out, the onions rings still had an excess of oil on them and looked like they were scraps from who knows where. Drink refills were never offered and always had to be asked for on several occasions. The only saving grace was the flavor was there in the wings. However, I most likely won't return to this location, what really irks me is terrible service.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced by far. My family didn't even enjoy our food because our server, Jordyn was so rude. We came out for a birthday celebration and our moods were definitely killed by the way she was executing her customer service. I couldn't fathom why she was giving so much attitude while taking our order. When we asked her to repeat the order, she rolled her eyes... I definitely will NOT come back here again and recommend BWW at Bellaterra to train their staff again.

I've been to other BWW's in the past and have had great experiences. This place was empty and it took so long to get our food. Everything we got was cold. We tried an appetizer platter that came with nacho cheese that had a layer of crust on top it was so old/cold. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I love the restaurant chain, just not this one.

We visited Buffalo Wild Wings tonight at Bella Terra for my Fiancé's birthday celebration. When we sat down I let the waitress Ari know that we were celebrating his birthday. When asked about drink specials she informed us to just look at the board which we could barely see from our seats. My Fiancé ordered a bud light which he thought was on as a special, but the one she brought him was not the one for the special. It would have been nice for her to clarify with him which one he wanted. Then we ordered our food just a large boneless wing platter we chose 4 different types of sauces and a house salad. Now our food took 45 minutes to come out. The salad arrived first we asked for honey mustard dressing but the dressing tasted like yellow mustard mixed with a tiny bit of honey. I like mustard but this was definitely the worst dressing ever! Next were the wings they came out with barely any sauce it was like eating chicken strips. Definitely not what we are use to with Buffalo Wild Wings. Finally she brought out his birthday dessert without a candle. The chocolate cake and ice cream was nice, but not something we would typically order for ourselves. Then when we received our bill we found out we had ordered the wrong bud light and she charged us for the dessert that we didn't even have the option to not order. I can completely understand not giving away free desserts for birthdays, but at least allow the customer to decide whether they would like it. I have to say this will probably be the last time we visit. It is just not worth the time or money to dine here.

3rd time at this location, closest one to Costa Mesa & the service so far has been great! Parking sucks because its at Bella Terra so you have to walk from the structure, but overall we will continue to come here on Traditional Wing Tuesdays!

Didn't really care for the food. Ordered honey BBQ boneless wings and they weren't anything special. It seemed as if there was a tiny piece of chicken that was breaded way too much with not enough of the honey BBQ sauce. The potato wedges were good. The service was fine and we were in and out pretty fast.

This is about the third time I have ever been to BWW. I am not really the fan of this place because they don't really have a lot of vegetarian food. But the BF was craving chicken wings so we went here for dinner. Every Thursday is apparently "Boneless Chicken Wing Day" where each "wing" was about $.60....I wasn't really impressed with the food I had, but the service here was awesome. Christilyn is very friendly and made sure we were will taken care of. When my spinach dip came out cold she took it back right away and brought back a hot one. Thanks girl!

I'm at Buffalo Wild Wings right now. I would just like to put out there that for every time I come in here, they have slow and terrible service even on slow days like today. Barely anyone is here and service is still slow. I called for a staff member to come to take my order and he says I have to wait for my specific server to take it and says he will be just a minute. I've waited another 10 minutes and he's still not here. in total I've waited 30 minutes after being seated and my order still has not been taken. I don't understand why they have so many staff members out here but none can take my order. The service here sucks. The food is alright but not amazing either.

I have heard a lot about this restaurant and wanted to try them for a while. This location at Bella Terra just opened recently and I met up with some friends to try it out. The restaurant is very loud and noisy with most people having to raise their voices to be heard in conversations at their own tables. It is a very casual dining room with mostly open tables and lots of TV's showing sporting events. Their menu mainly consists of chicken wings and burgers, but they do have some salads and sandwiches as well. There are around 14 different sauces for the wings and 5 or 6 dry spice mixes that you can order with your boneless or bone-in chicken wings. I tried the parmesan garlic bone-in wings and have to say that the wings at Wing Stop are much better. These wings were just okay and they are about a dollar a piece, which is competitively priced. The service was friendly enough. I wouldn't come back based on the quality of the food, when there are much better options.

One of the worse experiences ever. Was there today around 230pm. Went in with a date, a lone employ was at the desk on the phone. Did not acknowledge our presence while he was on the phone. That was a bad sign and we should have walked out. When he concluded the call after us standing there for several minutes we requested a booth. Was told to wait for the booth to be cleaned. Once there not one wait staff person came to our booth for over 5 minutes even though the waitress in the area served the booths around us, she did not acknowledge our presence. Finally I went back to the guy at the desk and asked if we were going to get a wait person. Suddenly, the waitress who had been working our area came to our table. I was beyond upset at this point and decided to walk out. It's was a horrible experience. The employees I came into contact with were young. Either it was lousy training from their employers or no training whatsoever. The only word comes to mind is sloth. This was the Bella Terra location.

Really like the vibe here! Lots of flat screen tv's, outdoor seating, bar area, friendly service (thanks Dylan!), E-club, cool spot (across from ever popular but over-priced, over-caloried over-salted Cheesecake factory). Great for groups, singles too. Haven't been here for a major sport event, yet, but I'm betting it's on like popcorn!

Not your average buffalo wild wings; its smaller compare to other locations but hey its in a small strip plaza of bella terra, what can i say. Even though its brand new to the city of HB, services can lack even though they have numerous staffs on duty. But hey at least they show the lakers games here because next door is time warner cable haha.

One of the reasons I am giving this location 5 stars is because of the waitress I had, RayRay. She was one of the best waitresses I have ever had. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, patient, and just plain nice. She recommended we try the Cinnamon squares and good god, they are to die for. So fluffy and damn good. I came with a group of girls, and unfortunately we were her last table, which I felt bad for but we were really craving the wings. And she made sure we ordered before happy hour which was really thoughtful. She was just all around the best, and made my experience there so much better.

I go here all the time and have never had any complaints. The service is always alright except for the last time I visited it was great. Jessica was one of the nicest servers I have had anywhere. She really knows how to make you feel at home, a real people person. The food was great like always and the beer nice and cold

Went late night for dinner. The place is very large and bright. Majority of the workers looked like they were in their teens. Our waitress was very friendly. We ordered nachos and later added honey chicken wings. The nachos was covered with lettuce which was different. The taste of the cheese was very tangy. It was too a point that we needed something to balance the taste. First off there was no sour cream or guacamole. So we ordered it but found our that they don't serve guacamole. Had to ask for plates and got paper bowls. Thank god we ordered the wings, which were okay. This is a perfect spot for teens to hang out and eat.

I came here with a friend a few weeks ago. The food was good except the buffalo chips (nothing special about those, just plain slices of cooked potato). This review is about our second server. Our server Ashton was great but there was a guy who took over while she went on break. This guy didn't understand how we were paying for our bill - it was EASY. There were two separate checks and we put cash in front of one bill and a credit card in front of the other bill. He took it but then he had to come back and ask because he didn't understand. When he came back he asked if we had pens to use because he only had one pen and didn't want to give it to us to use. Not the best, he definitely needs a lesson in service.

Service was mediocre. Had to ask everything like napkins, waiters, drinks. All the waitresses were socializing the whole time. There was nobody in the place and they could not make time for us. In BWW defense, the wings, beers, and flat screens are good.

  • Phyman D.

My experience here was rather pleasant. I can tell that this is a newly opened restaurant just because of how uncomfortable the workers seemed. This isn't exactly bad, as it shows that they are actually concerned with their job. Like any other BWW, the food was great and came out after a reasonable wait time. One thing that I really like about this place is that it isn't as wild as the others, for now. This might just be because it is newly opened. I drink a lot of water, and I finished my cup five minutes after it came to me. The sever quickly filled it back up again. After my water was refilled, it tasted a little funny. I told my server about this and he said he wouldn't be able to do anything about the water, but he would be able to give me a soda free of charge. His name was Dylan, and he was very attentive and helpful throughout the meal. Overall, I'd give this place a 3-4 star rating. Definitely would come again!

I have to agree with my fellow Yelpers regaridng the great service here. Even on a busy game night we saw our server every few minutes, and we never went thirsty. I got an order of the spicy garlic wings and a tall Dos Equis Amber draft. The wings were coated in a thin layer of light orange-colored sauce, and the ones on the outside were actually a bit cold. However, that's not a deal breaker for me with wings. The crispiness of the skin (the most important factor) was right on point! The flavor of the sauce was primarily vinegar, with a medium-hot tobasco-like heat. I didn't really get any of the garlic flavor, but that's okay because the sauce was still delicious. The Dos Equis Amber draft was refreshing and cold (of course) and was served out of a weizen glass with a lime wedge. This is a really fun spot for some decent wings and a cold brew, especially if you're into sports.

Having eaten at the Lake Forest BWW many times - and loving it - I was super stoked to bring my wife and kids to our new closer location in HB. Unfortunately it was disappointing, to say the least. The service was good, but the food took way too long, the drinks took too long, the place has no side plates (forcing you to share out of cheap paper trays), and the wings themselves were tiny compared to the Lake Forest location. Of course, the wings taste great, but overall I'd say it was a fail and we won't be coming back anytime soon.

not my favorite buffalo wild wings spot. first of all, i asked for a take out punch card, they never heard of it... second of all, i ordered a buffalo chicken flat bread, WORST i ever had! i only come here cuz it's close to home..but not anymore, i'd rather drive back to the irvine location for better quality.. are the wings even 55 cent on tuesdays?! a friend of mine said it's not at this location. hostess are whatevers, not mean, but not nice.

this review is based only on customer service and not the food. it seems that horrible customer service is the trend here, and it is sad to say i experienced it last night as well. mind you, the restaurant wasn't busy that night, and we were a large party, but they still managed to give us slow and horrible service. were they too busy on their phones in the back or something? we came in with a large party of about 15 (give or take) around 8pm and were given a wait (about haf an hour) but we didn't mind because we had some people coming late. the girl took our drink order, but was slow to bringing them out and didn't even ask to refill our water the entire night, despite the many empty cups that were laying around. she didn't even ask if we needed extra napkins. we were talking so we didn't really mind the wait in between times, but after a while it got pretty frustrating. it took a pretty long time for everything to come out, but i kinda understand since they wanted everything out at once (30-45 mins). by that time, we were starving and growing impatient, so we ate our food pretty fast and were done with our meal within half an hour. this was when another problem arrived. we had asked for two separate checks in the beginning, so when we tried to flag our waitress down multiple times and the host in front, she finally came out with them. she gave us one separate check and one check with EVERYTHING from the two sides of the table. i'm a server as well, so when people ask for separate checks in the beginning, you make two on the computer. common sense. after being confused and wondering why our check was so big, we realized that she was trying to overcharge us. we called her AGAIN and she spoke to us as if that was intentional and that she meant to do that. stupid we were basically a large table staring at each other the whole evening because we had basically little to no service, and everything was taking forever to get done. it was a friend's birthday and we had given them a cake to hold in the back. when they brought it out, they didn't even bother to take it out of the box that it came in. it was just plopped on our table with paper plates and spoons. it seemed like they couldn't care less i would not come back to dine here, and would tell my friends to avoid this place. do something about this management!!

Okay....I take my daughters to this spot to get a late night meal and this is how it went. We were seated right away. Then it took 10 minute for anyone to acknowledge us. A young man finally came and took our drink order and brought our drinks right away. Then no one came back for another 10 minutes. A different server came and took our order. Then 2 minutes later my server comes and ask to take my order and I had to tell him it already been taken. It took 30 minutes to get the order when the place was not very busy. They brought out the food and had an extra set of wing on the tray that I didn't order but they didn't charge me so who cares. With my order I asked for carrots and Fat free ranch they did not bring that. By the way at this point my server has changed again......maybe mine went on break, that's fine. When I asked for the carrots, again the server brought them out 15 minutes later. Really, 15 minutes for carrots?! After all of this, the check finally came, after another 15 minutes.

Came here to watch a game and to taste some wings. First, the wait was long and it was jammed. Went over to the bar section and I waited for a table to come open since it was a first-come, first-serve. Sat down and a friendly waitress named Heather came over and was very nice and friendly. Her service was great. But, it the food was not as good as the service. The wings came in a cardboard little box where one usually gets french fries at a game when we're in a restaurant. I mean, I've seen baskets which cost no money. If Dairy Queen has them and they're more of a fast-food joint, surely BWW could invest in these too. I did like the variety of beers on tap. What I didn't like was that the beers aren't really cold as they should be for it being a BEER GRILL. Between my friend and I, we ordered 3 different beers each and beers weren't cold. Will have to go back to ISLANDS for that! All in all, it's OK. Ask for HEATHER's section when you're there. She'll gladly take your order and with a smile.

This was my first time ever to a Buffalo Wild Wings and being a big fan of buffalo hot sauce I could not wait to try it!! The food did not disappoint! This location, which has been open about two weeks, I believe, is still working out the kinks when it comes to service. Our server forgot one of the items we ordered and would continually forget to bring things we asked for (extra sides of sauce or drink refills). Since we were sitting in a corner we felt a little forgotten. My Uncle did go talk to a manger to make her aware of the small issues we were having not expecting anything, just trying to help out, but the manager (Julie) ended up comp'ing our entire meal (an over $70 bill) because she wanted us to be returning customers! Yes, of course this was an unexpected delight, but I will definitely return because Julie, and even our waitress, understand how crucial it is to make the customers want to come back! THIS is how you treat customers! I will be going back to that location and I appreciate Julie for being a great manager! And, again, the food was great!!

I went to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Irvine with my husband and two kids a few times and we always had a great time. So when they opened this one in HB we where super excited.... Our experience was terrible! Three out of six of our silverware that appeared to be hand wrapped in the paper napkins was filthy, the ketchup bottles were empty and when we asked for a full bottle our super fabulous server gave us another empty bottle of ketchup!!!!WTF.... Then when our orders arrived they messed up one order and forgot another... The person that brought us our food just plopped the dishes where ever he felt they should go, never asking who ordered what, and ran off before we could ask about our missing/wrong items. Our rock star of a server NEVER came back to check on us.....My husband had to chase down our server to inform her of the errors in our orders.... We ended up evolving the Manager...Julie,who was more than uninterested in our problem....I think I actually saw her roll her eyes...nice!! She said she would check on the orders and she NEVER came back too!!! Finally another server brings my husbands order....30-40 minutes later so he said to send them back and remove them from our bill....out of no where our server appears informing us that they were comped and asked if we wanted the order....we took the order since it was free....oh yeah I almost forgot my water tasted like dish water.....all I could think about was what else is dirty....was my plate dirty before they placed food on it....was my kids plates and cups dirty.....we will never go back and I am telling everyone I know to avoid this dump!!!!!!!!

I've definitely experienced better, I've been here twice! Both times the waiting period was horrible. Wings are awesome, drinks are a bit waters down. I tried a jack and coke... Omg the worst $7.00 spent I was not able to taste the jack plus too many ice cubes. I would recommend beers, or shots

  • Ken S.

Been here twice. Worst service ever. Server was rude. Takes 45 min to seat. Takes 20 min to order drinks, then another 15 to get drinks. We ordered drink "out of that drink". Reorder another drink, she comes back "we out of that drink too" and that's after we inquired about drinks. Otherwise probably wouldn't even have told us won't take our food order because they can only do one order at a time supposedly They have limited ovens. So it's backed up and wait wait wait on everything.

30 minute wait. Okay sure... 30 minutes later wing time? Sure I ordered spicy garlic and medium and teriyaki. Sounds good. Well, when I got them 10 minutes later I took a whiff-you know, to test out the smell- but eh, my nose almost caught on fire. They use way too strong sauces.. Taste was subpar. Then I'm done and I go to the bathroom to wash my hands, and there's this Asian guy in there that was taking a nude.. He wanted me in it too..WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE DOES THIS PLACE ATTRACT ANYWAY? Great way to end my fine day at Buffalo Wild Wings..2 stars for free wifi though!

Great spot after a much needed after work cocktail, and the wings are Bomb! The salt and vinegar traditional wings are AH-MAY-ZING!!! For Real!!! My Favorite, I dream about them. So come on down and party hardcore and B DUBS!

Horrible customer service. Cashiers have no manners and I had another bad experience. Manager named randy was not very courteous and appeared very inappropriate to be manager or supervisor. Will not be coming back here at all.

Honestly food isn't that good.. Price is ridiculously high.. And service omg.. don't even get me started with them. WORST ever.. seated at the corner and can't even get any waiters attention.. Like seriously ? Hope they hire some real servers..

First off I don't understand why anyone is complaining about a long line or having to wait...no duh you're at BWW! I have came to this spot a lot of times and I can say is that it is less packed than the one in orange. The food is good however one time I went it was SO EMPTY and they were stingy on thee sauces for my wings...I didn't get it. Overall the place is nice and some waitresses and waiters are cool some aren't.

On Tuesday at 4:45 I called to ask what the cover charge was for Saturday's fight. The phone rang for many minutes and then disconnected. Really, how busy is it at 4:45 on a weekday? I called back at 5:00. A young lady answered the phone and immediately put me on hold. A minute later a young man picked up and said "hello?" I responded with "hello" and he hung up on me, disconnecting me. Wow! On Thursday evening I called twice and both times the phone disconnected after 2-3 rings. Obviously there is no management going on at this location and the employees aren't trained. Why would I even trust them to prepare my food. I will not be spending my money at this restaurant, ever!

Let me just say, that if I had read the reviews about the customer service at EVERY SINGLE BWW location on yelp beforehand, then I would definitely not have chosen to go there to watch football. My thinking, was that BWW has a great atmosphere for watching sports, drinks, and of course good food. WRONG. The atmosphere wasn't so bad, but when it takes an hour to get food, and around 20-30 mins for a single drink, then the atmosphere is definitely not worth it. It was also hard to ever get ahold of our server, and we sort of made a game of noticing how often we couldn't see a single server moving around the bar area (which was quite often). I had gone there on a Sunday to watch football, thinking BWW was a good place to go because I wanted to take my 5 year old. Well, I ordered a Bloody Mary along with a friend, my brother ordered a beer, and my 5 year old ordered one of their 7-up with cherry drinks. It took 20 minutes before I got my Bloody Mary, and only one came out along with the beer. My brother finally went up to the bar to ask about the other Bloody, and the soda drink came out about 10 minutes after all of the alcoholic beverages had been served. Now, you would think that they would bring the child's drink first...luckily we had waters so he wasn't going thirsty. It took an hour to get our food. I ordered the nachos with grilled chicken, and my brother ordered mild wings and fried pickle chips. When we received our food, the nachos were cold. I wasn't surprised because when I was able to flag down our server twenty minutes before, he said that our food was ready and he was grabbing it. Except he never came back, and another server ended up brining our food to us. I asked the server to take them back because they were cold, and she was back with another order in less than 5 minutes. I'm not sure if they just put it in the microwave or put the second order together lazily, because there was a small layer of actual toppings and the rest was just chips. It wasn't satisfying at all. I wonder why it took an hour to make nachos in the first place. I overheard one server tell the guy next to us that the ticket time was 45 minutes. Now that is just insane. BWW has terrible management issues. It is evident by my personal experience, and all of the other reviews at all of the other locations as well. They need to make a serious change before people start boycotting them altogether.

This place has by far the worst service I've ever experienced. Although the food is great for its prices during happy hour, the service sucks. I came here on multiple occasions and I left unsatisfied every time- mostly due to the lack of acknowledgement by the servers and the long wait for the food to come out. One time, the server told my friends and me that fries were a part of the happy hour deal and that they were 50% off, so we ordered them. When we got the bill back, the fries were still full price. We then told our server about the issue, and she blatantly ignored the fact that she's the one that told us they were half off in the first place and proceeded to tell us that we had to pay full price. She didn't apologize for her mistake and didn't bother to try to talk to the manager to change the price.

eh. let see, i didn't dine in, so i didn't get the horrible service everyone was talking about.. but i had order on the phone around 30 min before hand. and still have to wait for another 10-15 min when i get there.. helloooo?? that's why i order before...... signnn.. but there tuesday wings are so good and cheap!! so tip: go on tuesady and take it to go.

I'd have to say this was by far the best BWW experience I have had. Given that it was a late night on weekday... It was the first location I've been to where the music is blaring so loud you have to shout to the person next to you to carry on a conversation. The food came out quick and on point. Jordyn our waitress was super cool, funny, and personable. She was able to dish out and take a joke. The music was on point all night (thanks to my TouchTunes App) and the company was good. Overall a great time thanks to good food, good beer, good friends, and an awesome waitress!

  • Catherine T.

Not bad if you like your food cold and mediocre service, but what more can you ask for from a chain restaurant like this. Their wings are inconsistent and look more like chicken drumsticks!! Plenty of flat screen tv's if you want to watch sports!

  • Kevin H.

Been here for about an hour, no service. Not only that they haven't cleaned the previous table before seating us.... Update: if you guys get Jackie S. As your server beware! She's very slow!

  • Nikki N.

3 stars are for the foods only. Service here sucks. They dont seem like serving people at all. I usually order mine to go. However, my friends and i decided to dine in once and we regretted. We came in, got a table and waited for someone to get our orders, 10 15 mins no one came and when someone stopped by we were so happy to place the order.... After that, we had to wait for more than 30 mins for the foods to be out ! Even when i order to take out, it took me less than 20 mins wait I guess the restaurant could be crowded that day, i make excuses for them that they dont have enough servers.... However that was still ridiculous ! I am here to complaint about the service only, but the food is great... I always get their traditional wings ! I tried some of their appetizers but didnt like it that much :)

  • Sunny D.

Can't say much about Buffalo Wild Wings it's nothing special but honestly besides the fact our waitress disappeared after bringing us our beers, eventually another waitress came after 15 minutes and told us our original one had gone on lunch break? A little rude to not let your customers know but on top of that both women we had serve us were very dry and couldn't even muster a smile while taking our food order. Considering it wasn't even crowded AT ALL I don't quite understand what could be so hard to get good service in the bar area. I guess there was a reason coming here wasn't my choice!

I love BWW, and I usually don't write bad reviews but this was a MUST. Came here on a Tuesday, expecting this place to be jam packed- it wasn't, YET their service was extremely slow! It's like they didn't even notice us. So I had to flag our waiter down after 15mins! And then they gave us a dirty ass cup that had white goo around the rim and around the side. We showed the bartender who just gave us another cup and walked away. Girl!!! Did u not see the white jizzzzz ???! Lol so we flagged a manager who quickly took both cups and replaced it. The food was good, as always. But the service sucked! No wonder this place was dead .

I don't think the staff knows how to count to SIX. The past two consecutive times I've been here I was short a wing in EVERY order when I clearly stated that I wanted 6 traditional wings. Our server (K) happened to be our server both of the times this happened and she was not apologetic at all. Now on to the service. I thought servers want a decent amount of tip? If so, why would you bring the check to our table when we've barely started to eat and add "...no rush guys". Of course that makes us feel rushed! We came at an awkward time so the restaurant wasn't really busy, so no need to bring us the check right away. I notice the manager and other workers like standing around chit chatting. Not a good look. I was thinking about complaining to the manager but she looked like the type that wouldn't give a damn about what I had to say. If I do come back here (solely because of the food), I'll make sure to request that we don't get K as our server again. Overall, food's great but hire better workers!

Worst service ever. I personally have visited many bww all over the country and living down the street I visit this location often. Its never been amazing service but yesterday 4/30 was ridiculous. I did get a seat within 2 minutes but it was all down hill after that. 10 minutes after being seated still no waiter no drinks nothing. I approached a gentleman in a black shirt asked him if I would get a waiter he said yea sure let me find one. A couple of minutes after someone comes up to use and asked what we wanted to drink and I told him we were ready to order. He took our order and left. Fast forwards to the food coming out he forgot the cheese for our potato wedges and said he would be back. 10 minutes later he walks by and says oh cheese leaves and comes and drops it off. After that our table of 3 went invisible. No how was your meal, do you guys need anything nothing from anyone. 40 minutes after were done eating still no check or anything. They weren't swampped but slighlty busy. I cant figure out how they could forget about a table like that. Looks like ill have to be going to a farther bww whenever I want to watch sports

Bww was my go-to for tuesdays and thursdays but after multiple experiences of bad service, i think its time to move on to a better wing joint. Everytime i come, the wait to be seated is long. I can clearly see open tables and just the waiters/waitresses just kinda standing around. After getting seated they take forever to come back for ypur order after getring your drinks, so usually my and my friends just figure out what we want to eat before getting seated, that way we can order woth the drinks. And even so it still takes forever. The food always comes out barely warm and its disapointing because theres quite a good amount of servers and i dont know why it takes 40 min to bring out sone wings. And then another 15 min to bring out some ranch/blue cheese. On another experience; me and my friend ordered 35 boneless togo, and my friend cleary said "extra WET" and when he got his wings they were extra DRY. He called the manager and told them that they messed up his order and that if he could get a refundor something and all they said was "we can give you a free snack size" (which is only 5 wings for those who didnt know.) RIDICULOUS. Excuse me but getting only 5 wings out of 35 for free isnt going to make your customers happy especially when youguys made the mistake and are refusing to fix it. I hope no one has to experience this type of BS. ..

Really good experience here. Service was awesome our waiter was attentive but not overbearing. We ordered 10 Asian wings 5 miles 5 hot 5 curry and 5 teriyaki yup we were very hungry. Anyhow our food came within 10 minutes wings were big and juicy excellent. And the best thing is Tuesday nights 70 cent wings! Best deal in town for wings for sure. Celeste Yelper that said they had small wings must need his eyes examined. because those wings were definitely from a buffalo! I have to add we did get a couple Coronas and I was shocked when the bill came and they were only $6 for 2 beers! What a deal three bucks a piece! Our whole check to get out two beers 30 wings was 30 bucks! Anyhow will be back.

  • Riley S.

Nicole the "shift lead" haha is the worst ever! We frequent this location every Thursday for their boneless wing deal. Last time we came in the cashier told me about the mailing list and if I joined would receive a 5 dollar coupon through email. I joined and got my coupon. At the bottom of the email it only says I must bring email to redeem. After ordering pick up, I go to pay and the cashier said they will not honor my coupon because a "new policy". If there is a new policy, the old emails need to be honored until it clearly states print out on coupon. I couldn't believe they wouldn't honor a 5 dollar coupn, where in 2015 does not take email coupons?! Having girls like that "running" this place is why you have so many horrible reviews.

Horrible. I can't believe this place is an actual operating restaurant. I have eaten at more than a few BWW in the past few years. They should be ashamed to have the name Buffaloes or Wings!! Due to this experience I may never enter another BWW ever again. Ugh...not sure if it's the managers or franchise. But I'm no longer taking the risk. You shouldn't either.

It takes too long to get a table on a Wednesday night - not because there is a shortage of tables but because there is only 1 server. If you are hungry, may I suggest the Cheesecake Factory across the parking lot. You could also try and wait at the bar. The wings are pretty good but like most other reviewers will tell you, the service at this location is severely lacking. If you are really in the mood for wings, try another location or a different establishment.

Worst service ever!! My friend and I only got half the food we ordered, but our whole order was on the bill. Our server messed up on our bill literally four times yet she was being rude about it because we were being impatience. Seriously though.. it should not take half an hour to receive your bill.

I normally don't hate going to a place to eat, but this was bad. The person up front told us to go to the bar because service was faster. We sat down and waiter over 15 minutes before we had to Flag someone down to even say hello. This one guy with his manager badge was off to the side talking to a customer and trying their mini skateboard. And he checked on one guest with his hand in his pocket. Are you kidding me!?!?!? Actually the server hasn't even come back to get our drinks in. I just started a timer now. I 1 starred this place in hopes to eventually get something to drink or eat. Soo disappointing. P.s. Here's my timer so far posted on yelp of the time they said they would be right with me and still haven't come back to get my drink order in. The bar area is half full and 3 groups have already walked out while I wrote this.... At least the server who eventually came was polite

Sitting in my car as I write this review. Pretty disheartening, I usually go here to eat but it might be the last. I ordered the tablegate-sampler. Food was left out under the heat lamp for too long. The wings weren't hot, not even warm. My cheese to dip, had a thick skin in top. That indicates that it's been sitting out, for a while. The pita chips were chewy and not "fresh" like it says on the menu. My buddy's fries tasted like they've been out since the morning. Our entire table just got cold food. Maybe it was because we didn't receive our food until an hour later. It's 9:30 at night and nobody is there. Why did it take so long? Normally I don't give food service workers crap because I also am one, but that kind of raises my expectations for places. Our server didn't interact with us at all, just when she was walking by and said "You guys are good." She didn't ask, just said it under her breath as she walked by. Gave us two napkins for four people and no utensils to eat. I tip to people that actually insure proper service, and sadly tonight wasn't one of those nights.

If it wasn't for their parmesan garlic sauce I would've stopped going to BWW a long time ago. I don't understand why the service is ALWAYS so bad here & not just this at this location, but ALL locations. I was originally going to write about my horrible experiences at the locations I've been to, but then I realized that my review would be as long as an essay. Here are some highlights I have of the BWW locations in Orange County: - Irvine: The managers could care less if you left, especially if it's busy. Don't bother talking to them unless you're going to make it a huge issue. That's really the only time they feel obligated to help. - Huntington Beach (Bella Terra): In my opinion, 98% of the time when people complain about how long it takes for their server to get to the table, they're exaggerating... except at this restaurant. Only come to this location if you're patient & I mean REALLY PATIENT. Takes about 20 minutes for someone to actually really get your attention & another 45 minutes to get your food. The bartender there, pardon my language, is a total asshole & a piece of shit. Complained about him to the manager, then he decided to take a walk around the bar area past my table & glare at me. Loser. - Orange (The Block): The girls that host here are super rude, inattentive & really pissy. Don't ask them anything, especially the wait time, because all you'll get is a pissed off glare & whispers back & forth from one another talking about how annoying your questions are. The servers here are unfamiliar when it comes to specifics about the menu as well. - Buena Park (Buena Park Downtown): Wow, Buena Park deserves a round of applause for how terrible their service is & not just from one specific category, from everyone! The hosts sit around & gossip like it's high school lunch hour & have the worst attitudes. Half of the time the manager (one in particular) is standing around with them. When it comes to complaining to that specific manager too, he's really unprofessional & acts like he could care less. The servers don't care when you need something or they bring it to you at the end of your meal when you don't need it anymore. Plus, they're nowhere to be found. Once your order is taken, they literally fall in to a black hole & are lost in space forever. Honestly if you're going to go at all, go on Tuesdays when they're having their wing special & don't expect any variation of good customer service. Don't feel bad if you end up leaving them a $1-$5 tip because honestly, that's more than enough already. -- Wingstop is cheaper, faster & the staff is always really nice & happy to help. JUST GO TO WINGSTOP!

After a brutal day at work, the only thing my mind could handle was the idea of sweet escape in the form of a delicious, stress-free meal. I made what would turn out to be a devastating mistake by asking my coworker for advice on where to go, and headed to Buffalo Wild Wings. Tired but cheerful, I ordered some drinks and an order of 12 boneless wings. I noticed that the 21-ish year old waitress, who had probably received about 4 hours total of training before being mercilessly thrown onto the floor by her uncaring boss, took what must have been a much-needed break right after taking my order. Then I began to wait. And I waited. For almost 30 minutes I waited. It began to dawn on my exhausted brain that perhaps her flight to the break room had taken precedence over communicating my order to the kitchen staff. Had there been a failure to communicate? Had my order of wings slipped through the cracks? I continued to sit there as bewilderment crept in. 35 minutes. I had been rest assured that everything was ordered, that I had been taken care of, but I had seen no food. I wanted to ask someone, to cry for help, but would I appear rude? A waitress appeared in the distance, a beacon of light, was she coming to me? My eyes darted to meet hers, carefully, and her smile said "yes, I'm here for you. I have your wings, darling." And yet as she came closer, her path diverted and she instead served the table that had arrived after me. I felt like Jayden Smith being told that my request was "DENIED!" I continued to wait. The waves of ravenous hunger washed over my body like a tsunami, blocking all logical thought and replacing them with a dull, gnawing rage. I tried to quiet my bloodlust and decided that if my wings didn't arrive in 5 minutes, I would simply leave. Not surprisingly, the 5 minutes passed. I walked up to the counter, and of course, no one was there. At this point, the thought occurred to me that maybe I had actually died of starvation in the Buffalo Wild Wings 10 years earlier, and was actually a ghost. Could anyone even see or hear me? Was this all a hallucination? Finally, someone came to me. The final straw hit me when I was blasted with a 44 dollar bill, charging me for wings I never got. The manager handed me a card telling me to come back on deal night, but I put it back on the rack, smiling sadly. I left a 10 dollar tip and floated away, a courteous and classy phantom, wondering what had gone wrong at that godforsaken place. Later, eating my Cuban sandwich at Cheesecake Factory, I felt the warmth fill me, and knew unequivocally, that I was indeed alive.

Beer and chicken. Honestly, it's probably better to sit at the table than the bar. The bartenders aren't that friendly. The servers are another story. They're very sweet and accommodating! A word of advice, please do not get boneless chicken wings....

I had a weekday lunch at the newly opened Buffalo Wild Wings at the Bella Terra the other day. The restaurant has a good size bar area, tables, booths, lots of flatscreens on the walls, and indoor/outdoor seating. We were warmly greeted and sat at one of the booths that had a video arcade game on our table. We ordered: (1) Tablegating Sampler - $12.99 Traditional wings in our choice of Honey BBQ sauce, served with soft pretzels and queso, warm pita chips with spinach artichoke dip and bacon and cheddar stuffed jalapeno pepper bites. The traditional wings were tasty along with the other sampler items. (2) 8 Boneless Wings, a Side & Drink Lunch Special - $8.49 My lunch included 8 bonless parmesan & garlic wings, onion rings, celery/carrot sticks, blue cheese sauce and a drink. My wings and onion rings were hot out of the fryer and were tasty. I tried to eat everyone's celery/carrot sticks to make myself believe I was eating a somewhat healthy meal, lol. (3) 12 Boneless Wings A La Carte - $11.69 You get 2 sauce choices with your 12 wings. Sonny boy ordered the classic hot and spicy garlic sauces. His friend also ordered the 12 wings with Hot BBQ sauce. The wings were served with celery/carrot sticks and blue cheese & ranch dressing. Sony boy liked his wings and commented that the sauces were good. (4) Order of Reg French Fries - $3.49 Sonny boy and his friend both ordered a side of fries with their 12 wings. Don't expect alot of fries for your $3.49. (5) Sprite (Unlimited) - $2.49 I enjoyed my lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings which offers tasty bonless wings and bar food in a casual and lively atmosphere. We received great service from Nicci who was always re-filling our drinks and checking on us. Sonny boy and his friend liked their lunch and that video arcade game on our table, which provided them some entertainment. I'll return to the restaurant for their lunch specials and to try their wings flavored in some of their other 20 types of sauces. 4 Stars!

My husband and I met at BWWs in Lake Forest, and I have to say both the service and the clientele was much nicer there. From the skanky hostesses that could not be bothered to quit yammering with their BFFs long enough to acknowledge us, to the 10 minute wait for a beer, I would rather drive the 25 miles to that location then ever come back here. At least the wings were good!

I've been here a few times but they always seem to be under staffed. Our waiters have been very friendly but they have too many tables to be able to provide good service. I sat for 15 minutes and stared at my beer sitting at the bar to be picked up. I'd go to this location more often if it didn't take forever to get drinks and food.

Came in here last night with my boyfriend...and this place was alright. We saw the place wasn't at all busy, there were empty booths, and tables-and we still had to wait 10 minutes for a table? I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY. They were clean, but I don't know why we didn't get seated right away? The burgers we ordered were bland and too overcooked. The waitresses stood around and the service wasn't so great as well. The BWW at the Buena Park Mall is so much better.

I logged in to Yelp to write this review to realize I had indeed expressed my dissatisfaction once before but nonetheless I'll continue as long as BWW continues such horrendous service. My mom and I left the restaurant questioning what would be worse: bad food or bad service. It may just be the latter as I agreed to never return to this awful establishment. Not just this particular branch but all of them. And I won't cry over lost chicken. Wing Stop is cheaper and quicker and makes for a better experience the two times I've gone. Tonight I wanted to celebrate my birthday with my mom using the "free snack" size coupon they emailed me. It was not expired. It was under my account name. My email. My ID. The manager refused to accept it because it wasn't a printed out hard copy for his/her highness to rejoice over. I was floored and literally looked at the innocent waiter who was trying to get through the night, like he and his management were insane. He apologized but somehow that didn't matter. I needed the manager to do so. I needed all of this awful restaurant's corporate to do so. The corporate that made it clear that quality service is the last on their list of priorities. The corporate that needs to reconsider how they make their guests feel. Instead of burdens, we should be welcomed and offered greetings upon entering and exiting. Substitutions for religious and/or health reasons shouldn't be so problematic. I mean what, do they believe themselves to be some five star French gourmet restaurant whose one of a kind internationally acclaimed chef cannot modify a certain dish? All we wanted was fries instead of onion rings. Carrots with celery and ranch. This company is cheap, disrespectful and cares about nothing but money. Never going back nor recommending.

Today's experience here was extremely disappointing. It's Mother's Day too. So after we got seated by the host, we didn't have a waiter for about 5 minutes. We were okay about that because we were still figuring out what we wanted. Then our temp waiter came and told us she'd be back to take our order. 10 minutes later, nothing. She walks by the table and tells us she'd be back to take our orders, for the second time. Total of almost 20 mins before she even took our order. I've never had to wait that long in a restaurant to order my food. To top it off, when I finished my part of the order, she just walked away from us and didn't ask us or even ask the other half of our table if we wanted anything else. We weren't even done ordering. It wasn't busy at all, way slower than BWW usually is. Irritating experience. First time ever.

if you ever come in here on a busy night, go to the bar seatings! if you're lucky, you'll get Craig as your server and he's a pretty cool guy. he made sure we got greeted in a timely manner and got our orders out pretty quick. Most of time, BWW doesn't really have anything to review on until tonight. We got Craig to thank for one of our nicer experiences here.

Horrible place! OMG! Did they build this huge shiney place so the servers and hosts could "hang out?" That's all I saw coming in and the entire time we had our meal. You didn't know which one was the host, who should you direct yourself too in order to sit at a table. They all congregated chit chatting in the front of the restaurant. The music bleared so loud it was unenjoyable. And the choice of musuc? I'm shaking my head right now! Rap? I don't know what the hell it was, but it was loud and geared to the servers and hosts as obviously it was,THEIR choice of music so they could listen and hang out. Nightmare music, not music someone wants to enjoy a meal to. It was so loud you couldn't talk to your party you were sitting with. Now let's get to the service and food, SUCK. Hey I cook better in my microwave! We ordered quesadillas for our kids, told the girl server no hot stuff as it was for the kids.....hey it came full of jalapeño and hot salsa ! Tears rolled down my 11 year old eyes, morons! Then we asked her to replace them....she came back again, no salsa on them but full of jalapeño again? Hey is she stupid or the BOH is stupid? My husband picked thru them and ate them.....kids didnt...AND SHE charged us for them!!!! Buffalo wings needs,to TRAIN their servers to know when you jump in and how to know the signs the customer hates your food. We had to tell her to return the quesadillas, she was clueless. Getting to our nachos, we said hold hit stuff, put it on the side. We got it with chicken.....NOTHING on our nachos, a teaspoon of chicken IF we could find it. And jalapeño in it? WTH? It was the barest nachos we've seen it was a comedy. Table behind us was dirty entire time we ate. Like no one wanted to take a turn and clean it? Oh that's right, they were listening to their rap music hanging out! Lady with keys looked like a manager, did nothing with her staff. What did they decide to hire a bunch of lazy teenagers? Management do your job. Train your staff and take control. We would never go back!

Late night at work and feeling bit hungry and want to hang out with my boys and my family. So we thought why not drop into our favorite joint. Bww. Well waiting for them to come inside so I shall enjoy my drinks. Everything here is great wing to drinks. You can watch your favorite games and enjoy time with family and friends. Well we always get our usual and eat it all up. Love the food and love the drinks. You can come here late or early and will always have a great time no matter what. Time to eat and the then sleep with happy tummy.

I LOVED the potato wedges until tonight. I decided to order to-go since when I dine-in, it usually takes almost an hour for my food to arrive to my table. First of all, they forgot to add my potato wedges to my check so by the time I got to the location, I had to wait another five minutes for them to come out. When I got back to my house, I was really enjoying my Asian Zing wings and my wedges until I came upon this nasty shit. I have no idea wtf it was but it was green, black, and blue. I took a bite out of it without even realizing and almost puked..... And not only that it was HUGE... How could kitchen staff even ignore such a thing.

The food was good but without good service to compliment it well I believe it could turn the whole experience into a crappy one no matter how good the food was. I went here after work at around 12 am with my girlfriend and her cousin, Nicci our server takes our order and walks off she comes back with my beer in a reasonable time then for the next 45 minutes I wait for the basket of wedges and 10 wings I ordered without any sign from her other than her sitting with her friends at another table. She comes by once and asks us if we need anything and I ask her about the food and she says it should be coming up soon yet we've been staring at her sitting with her friends playing on her phone rather than checking on our food. She brought us our food about 5 minutes after I asked about it and asked us if we needed anything else. She then went back to hanging with her friends and we didn't see her again until we asked for the bill. This is my 3rd time that I've had an issue with this Buffalo Wild Wings on customer service and I don't think I'd go back. I'm not a picky or snooty person but for being that late and hardly any people in the place I feel is just ridiculous to have had to go through that. I had a better experience on Football Sunday at the B-dubs at The Block which is now Outlets of Orange. I hate the service at this Buffalo Wild Wings and I hope if anyone goes here its seriously your last resort because it isn't a good enough of a restaurant to make this your first choice. Oh and for some reason our waitress was the only one not in uniform and was dressed like a Mexican gangbanger chola which I didn't mind but found it odd she was the ONLY one dressed up, it kind of made my girlfriend and I think it wasn't a Halloween costume and she just cared that little about her job.

Service ALWAYS sucks every time I go, and the chicken quality is honestly alright for its price. Tables are sticky, wait time is ridiculous... The only reason why I go here is cause my friends go here and I'm always hesitant on agreeing because it sucks so much

This place has the best parmesan chicken wings. Great place to watch sports. I go there to have some wings and watch some sports after work before I head home. Service is great and you can hold a conversation with the people you are with. Not crazy loud. If you looking for casual and good wings this is the place.

I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings but the quality of food has really gone downhill over the last year or so. The chicken simply does not taste good at all anymore. It seems like it's been sitting out for hours and deep fried for the second time when an order comes in. The chicken tastes hard. Overall, I used to be a regular at BWW on a weekly basis and hoped things would get better but it's getting worse. It's time to find another place where I can get my wing fix!

Sucky ass service! Had waitresses change mid service because I asked for my original waitress who was nowhere to be found. .took forever to get anything. Food is great but the waitresses would rather hang out and talk to each other instead of helping customers

I came here around 11 pm for the Happy Hour. The appetizers were half price which I considered to be a good deal. I ordered the artichoke spinach dip and it was probably on the lower end in quality of dips. I have had better dips from the grocery store. The baked pita chips that came with it were extremely hard and crunchy. I would have preferred a thinner or softer chip. My friends ordered a Jack and coke and an Adios MF. Both drinks were so weak it was hard to distinguish any alcohol in them. The jack and coke was mostly ice and when my friend asked for a "real drink" aka a double, for his second drink the waitress laughed and replied with "that's what everyone says". If most customers say your drinks are tiny and weak I would say you should do something about that. The beer discounts for Happy Hour were good. ($3 for domestic beers, $3.75 for imports) I will probably be back to have some beers with friends but I'm not sure if I would eat here again and I definitely won't be ordering any cocktails. The service here was good and our waitress was attentive. The restaurant was also clean and it would be a great place to watch a game because the walls are literally covered in TVs. You could also catch a movie in the same center and come here for a few beers after.

ZERO STARS. I come back about every 3 months to hopefully see some change in their shitty service and nothing has changed! I will never come back. If you are an owner or manager reading this you really need to work on the exact position and responsibility of each person working. Nothing getting done and way to many people standing around bullshitting. ZERO teamwork, zero accountability.

Bad customer service and Food always comes out cold! This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been too! The place is alway a mess and the staff doesn't even know the menu/ what they are doing! I was seated at a table for almost 20 min before even being greeted!!

Went in last night and had a few drinks. The food is good but really it's the people working that bring us back. Jessica and David were working bar and they are always so nice to us and we definitely appreciate that. We'll be back soon.

Typical sports bar. Wings, beer, and lots of TVs. Wings could be a little more meatier, but the choices of seasons and sauces are good. My favorite flavors are: desert heat, asian zing, and caribbean jerk. Service is a hit or miss.

BWW was never my favorite, however, I come often cuz of friends. Recently quality of wings has become noticeably worse, decline applies to all locations in the OC area. We'll be going elsewhere for wings. Service remains the same.

I don't think this BWW cares about customer service anymore. After all the negative reviews on service, nothing has changed. I don't know how they trained their staff, but it's definitely not working. So lunch at BWW is from 11am-2pm. We came in at 1:30 after class wanting to catch a late lunch. I don't know how many people were seated at the bar, but the dining area had 3 other tables seated. We were still told to wait 5 minutes which turned into 10-15. Which was okay. But during that time, we had suspicions they were going to push it till 2 so lunch would be over. So, we asked two separate people if we could put down our order first. Both said yes, but never took our order. When we were finally seated, it was like 1:50. Waited another 5 minutes to get water. Then a server came up to us 2 minutes before 2pm and told the hostess to stop lunch. And we explained our situation in which she her response gave off negative attitude. So she went 'ask' about it and took 10 minutes to get an answer from another server saying there's nothing she can do or come up with other options. Did not seem sincere at all. Obviously we didn't stay. They kept saying there are only 2 servers right now. I've been and worked at restaurants where it's fully packed with only 2 servers and still worked faster. It's not like you're cooking the food yourself. And I understand during busy hours the bar area has faster service, but why bother saying that when it was so slow... I was here earlier in the week during dinner where it was packed and a crapload of people were waiting and everything was much faster. Honestly, if it wasn't for the wings and convenient location, I would never come back. On the side note, I understand every BWW is run different, but this place never makes the wings extra-wet when I order extra wet. And they charged an extra 30cents for it! Other places I've been, it's not charged if it's with the order. And when I told them I ordered extra-wet and it was hella dry, they told me it'll be another 50cents if I wanted more sauce on the side... I don't think I'll be leaving a big tip here anytime. I've had really cool waiters at other locations and this place was no where near in the quality of the staff. The staff ruined the experience and gave my cousin a bad impression for her first time. P.S. I don't mean to say everyone on the staff cause I do have friends who works here but when a handful effs up, it reflects as a whole.

Avoid this place. Our server Dena I believe that is her name, has the worst attitude and service. She asked us once about what we would to drink we all heard her. We were going to tell her but she suddenly raised her voice on us "WHAT would you guys like to order." In the utmost rudest tone. She then again talks to us in a rude tone. Also, just flagging a server to get water for someone who was in need of it was impossible. I asked a server and he said he would get it. He just walked off. HE WAS NOT EVEN BUSY. The place in general was not even busy. So I don't get why it was so hard just to get water. I really think the management needs to do something about their workers' attitude. Is it that hard to be attentive? They all look like they were done with the job. Shitty service, shitty food, and shitty management.

I came here for wing Tuesday (65 cent wings) around 9pm, waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Very similar to the location at The Block. My server was friendly and attentive but the only problem I had was that my basket of fries were COLD and very stale. They tasted like they were made during lunch and left out. Very dissatisfied but didn't want to complain so I sucked it up and ate the fries. Also came back another time during lunch. Got the lunch special with wings, fries, celery and a drink for $7.50. I ordered half mango habenero and half spicy garlic flavor. It came out with mango habanero and parmesan garlic instead; they offered to replace them with the correct favor and I said yes. When I got the new wings, the flavor was very off. The spicy garlic sauce tasted verrry buffalo-y was SUPER spicy. Not like usual. But hey, at least the fries were good today? I'd still come back but I feel like they're inconsistent with the food. But who complains when they've got the Lakers on tv as they eat! :-) EDIT-- After many months, and many visits back to this BWW, I've decided I would much rather drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the Block location. This place is SLOW and inconsistent.

If you're a wing lover and love watching sports, then this is the place for you! Like majority of the reviews on this place, the service needs to improve. I've went here several times with my family and friends. I think this is a great place to hangout, watch sports, and play games! Yes! There are games at the booth, but you need to pay which I think is a fair price($1 = 4 Credit). I've went here again today and everything was great, but was a little disappointed that we didn't get the fries we ordered. We had to cancel it which is the reason why I gave this place a 4 star. Overall, I think this is a nice place to enjoy time with family and friends.... OHHH and the variety of flavors for the wings!

HANDS DOWN THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. The last time my friends and I came for lunch, we waited forever for our food to come and the waitress paid no attention to me and my group of friends whatsoever. Today we came in and ordered 41 wings and 6 of them were MISSING. They didn't even get my order wrong, they didn't get my order AT ALL. And what was their solution? To have me drive all the way back down to here and pick up the 6 wings that they forgot. So get this, they want me to waste my gas and drive back down there to fix THEIR mistake? Great... The least they could have done was offer me a refund for my wings. Horrible service and the wings aren't even that great.

Our server was fantastic but our overall experience terrible. They were under staffed. Out of basic food items like cheddar cheese. I was recently at a BWW in NoCal and Little Rock and this location by far pales in comparison.

This place need to hire a brand new staff. Although they have 5 employees loitering up front somehow they manage to not greet you but when they do prepare for it to be very fake and/or awkward. It is very obvious that it must be all of the hostess first hosting jobs because they are all awful, unenthusiastic and look miserable. If for some reason you decide to move forward after this point and actually eat here be prepared for a long wait due to the lack of bus boys cleaning tables. I always see many tables that are open that could be bussed and sat but they manage to take their time even during a rush. The service is pretty bad and they do not do enough table touches what so ever. The food often comes out cold bc food runners take their time as well apparently . This place is awful which is ashame bc BWW is so good. This location is a disgrace.

Okay this place deserves negative 3 stars cause it's a fucking piece of shit with terrible and slow service. Sat for 20 minutes without ever seeing our server. Literally only one good server named AJ. He deserves 5 stars. He took our order even though we weren't in his section and he basically handles all the sections in the restaurants.

I have been here like three times this month. Two out of three times they didn't take my order until 45 min after we were seated ( I was starving) the food is great especially boneless with the blazing sauce yummy ! I tried the garlic parm it was delicious ! Def. recommend it ! Happy hour on wensdays from 3 to 11 Wings are half off on Tuesday ! Overall I give it a 6 out of 10 **Forgot to add that the wings were super dry!!!!

Came here a couple nights ago with four friends, around midnight. Sat in the bar, was greeted immediately, then it took forever to get our drinks. I work in the restaurant business and I understand if you are busy, but it was no way busy at all, and there were a couple servers on at the time. Had a lady as our server, looked like she did not want to be there and did not want to serve us at all! Ordered our food, and like reviews that I have seen on here, it took forever. I would say about a half hour, when I know it does not take that long. When we got the food, you could tell it has been sitting under the burner for a long time. Sauce soaked into the boneless wings, burger was cold, and the fried pickles were definitely soggy. I don't like sending anything back, but the fried pickles are not edible like that. They came back extremely hard the next time around, but hey cant complain, they did remake them for us and they weren't soggy this time. As always, I will leave a tip bc I know servers have off days, I've been there. However, I won't be back to this location.

Came here with friends after a movie on 1/22 @ 7pm. Everything went downhill from the moment we entered. First off there were a lot of people waiting for tables. We put our name in and went to the bar. On the way to the bar we couldn't help but notice that the dining room was half empty with most of the tables waiting to be bussed. We waited about 20 minutes and were seated at a table that had been available the whole time. We all ordered salads and then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for our food. A server different then the one who took our order came to the table and told us our server was on break and would bring our food when she returned. I fussed and said we had already waited 20 minutes. 5 minutes later our salads appeared. Unfortunately only 2 out of the 5 salads that were correct. Wrong dressings or not made as described in the menu. When we left most of the tables that were waiting to be bussed were still not cleared away. Where's the manager who's suppose to keep things running smoothly? Didn't appear anyone was steering the ship. We won't be back.

Came here a few days ago with some people from work and the service was ridiculous! We were at the bar and it seemed like there weren't enough people working or something because it took a while to place and get out orders. It was Thursday so most of us ordered wings but one person got a salad. Once our orders came out I asked for utensils and napkins and the server responded with "we are running low on forks." Really?? At the very least the person who ordered the salad needs a fork. Needless to say we were annoyed. They also sent out the wrong appetizer and then tried to say that was what we ordered. Overall I was shocked by the poor service. They also didn't do a good job of keeping our drinks refreshed. This place needs to get it together! I've been a long fan of BWW but it's going to be a while before I come back and it won't be to this location.

Who the fudge hires the servers here. Seriously though. One server just didn't want to complicate her life and take our order bc supposedly our server is about to clock in. 45 mins later still here.. Really though this bww reputation is all about bad service.

Not happy that the lunch menu stops at 2:00 pm, and the happy hour menu doesn't start until 3:00 pm. So between 2-3 you're screwed. Bad customer service, especially since you can get the lunch menu at CPK or Islands a few yards away.

Tonight I came in and one of the runners accidentally spilled a drink on one of my friends and said he'd give them a discount only to find out that the mangers are SO rude. She came out and said "well she didn't even charge you for the drinks so I don't see why a discount matters" but the thing is, we got 1 soda and water all around. Atleast apologize for the mistakes made. Is this how a manager is supposed to act? Be more professional and less of a b*tch.

5/28/2013 Ive been here a handful of times before and service has always been hit or miss. On this last occasion though, we had a terrible experience. We got seated at the bar area and our server (the bartender) came by and took our beverage order. A few minutes later she came by to take our food order. The boyfriend and I started chatting away, watching YouTube videos and playing Candy Crush when we were approached by another server. She just sauntered up to the table, looked at us for a few seconds and when we stared blankly back; asked if we were okay? We said yes and looked at each other puzzled. She then awkwardly walked away. At that point we realized that it had been over 20 minutes since we had ordered and all the other tables around us had gotten their food. Another server walks up and asks us if we were ready to order or if we needed anything. We let him know that our order had been placed and he asks us who took it. Five minutes later, the bartender comes by to let us know that there had been some mistake, but not to worry since the food was still being prepared; we just needed to verify with her what the actual order was. Since there was a delay, she would give us some free chips and salsa. Another five minutes later, we get our chips and salsa. They are horrible BTW, so even free; it was a disappointment. Another few minutes later, an assistant manager stops by and casually says "I heard that your server forgot to put in your order, but we put it in on the fly; so they should be out any moment now" and walks off. I should have started flipping tables GDAMMIT! Of course we had figured by now that the server had forgot to put in the order... I mean, it had been almost 40 minutes since we freaking placed it! But for our server to lie about it and her supervisor to come by just to say something with no real content or resolution or anything remotely empathetic was simply infuriating. Not to mention that she would start walking to help a table by us and would stop to take a different route to avoid our table. Food took another 10 minutes or so. When we started eating, my lunch break was already over. The food was decent, I rarely have complaints at BWW in regards to that... And the male server who was helping us out was pleasant... But that bartender, awkward server and the assistant manager, wow... I am an understanding person - if the mistake was admitted to and maybe we got an apology (which is worth more than stale chips and bottled ketchup salsa), I would have been okay. But how did we not even get one simple 'sorry'? I know that they wont miss my patronage; but due to their lack of any inkling of professionalism, I was extremely disappointed and will never return. Are there ever any real managers there? I always see a manager in a pressed button shirt at the Brea and Buena Park locations, but Ive been to this one the most and realized that I have never seen one here...

Ordered take-out on Thursday's boneless; 40 wings total among our co-worker's - the kitchen can't count for shit. Looks like the cooks took a paint brush and smeared our Asian Zing on ONE side only. Will definitely be our last time ordering here as they short us about 8-10 wings. Definitely taking our business to Wingstop, even if it means taking the further drive down south. Love their wings, but fuck this location.

I come to Buffalo Wild Wings all the time! It's always great on Tuesdays when the wings are only 65 cents a piece. Here's a short summary of the goods and bads. Pros: - Lots of different foods to try to - Delicious wings both boneless and traditional - Great variety of different sauces and seasons for the wings - Cheap wings on Tuesdays Cons - Kind of noisy - Service might be bad depending on the day/time - Wait time might be long depending on day/time Nothing really wrong with this place. It's a sports bar, so expect it to be loud inside. If you don't mind the crowd and you just want some delicious wings, then you'll be coming to the right place!

My fat brother and I wanted to do lunch today. We decided on wings seeing as it was Tuesday and the deal they got going on is 65cent wings, traditional or boneless. We called ahead of time to make sure that they would allow my baby violet on the patio. Not only do they accommodate pets, they opened the outside seating area which is normally closed off during those hours(I'm assuming). I've gotta admit, I am impressed. Kyla? kayla? It was something like that. She definitely knows her stuff when it comes to customer service. Charming, attentive, and kinda funny. She was thorough, offering suggestions and pointing out what to expect for my brother who wanted to try the curry wings. She checked up on us regularly and i noticed she did the same for other patrons. I definitely didn't expect it to be this good considering my previous visits. The food came out and my fat brother couldn't even put down more than 6 wings and two root beers. I on the other hand finished my 12 wings, the veggie boat, and 1 tall and 1 short tower10 IPA. Some kids were selling chocolate bars right outside of the patio and i couldn't resist. I am a sucker when it comes to kids selling anything so i bought one for me and my bro. Not being creepy or anything but I offered a piece to our waitress since she did such a great job but she respectfully declined, said that she ate a hole chocolate cake earlier which made me laugh. The big black waiter guy came out and my dog barked at him. Sorry about that, I don't think she's ever seen a black guy up close before now that i think about it. She's not a racist, I swear! She loves everyone, you included. I'm sure you could tell by the way she was waggling her tail kinda climbing up against your leg. God i love her. This was very pleasing experience. Definitely have to try the dry rubs next time i come in.

My boyfriend and I gave this place 3 chances... The first time we sat at the bar to have a beer or two before our movie started. The bartender was a douche bag altogether. We asked some questions about specials and seasonals and he was so dry and not helpful. When we asked for the check it took forever for him to check us out and our glasses were clearly empty for some time. He acted as if he didn't even want to be at work, frankly we didn't want him there either. STRIKE ONE! The second time we tried to have date night there...beers, wings, and some sports...we thought it was a great idea until we sat at the bar again disappointed. The female bartender was nicer about answering questions about seasonals but completely bailed on us. People around us were served before us and they arrived much later than us and ordered much more, how does that happen?? Also, we didn't even know our server went on lunch until "the douche bag" asks us if we want another beer...NO, we want our food now! Sigh. We ate, we drank and tried to get out of there quickly...but since it was the same DB...it took forever for the check again. STRIKE TWO!! Again...the BF and I decide we want hot wings and sports but this time no beer so we decided one last try but at a table instead. That didn't matter. Food took forever. Waitress went on lunch and her replacement never came by. We had the host refill our drinks rather. Wings took forever and then they were overcooked when we received it. We couldn't help but laugh. Getting the check was quick but having them come back was not. Also, when paying with cash and having change left over, usually they round up not down. We were owed $16.83 in change, instead we received $16 flat. Since when do retailers decide to not give you back your money? I know it is a matter of cents but it is the principle and poor customer service. STRIKE THREE!!! It's too bad we have to find another place for wings, beer, and sports being that this location is so close to home but it is not worth the headache by any means.

Waited for a table for 10. We were told when a server comes off break, they will seat us. Did not happen. Then we had to wait for drinks. Then no napkins with our food. Not impressed.

Pretty sure all proteins outside of chicken wings are microwaved. Servers are polite however our food came out 10 minutes before our silverware did. It's also relatively pricey for the quality(or lack there of) of food you get. I've been here on multiple occasions and am disappointed each time. The only reason I've come as many times as I have is because my son likes the place. Unfortunately for him, I'm no longer going to take him here. His mom will have to bring him. I cant take the combination of crappy food and dim service again. Sorry BWW HB, you suck.

Usually the service is pretty bad but today I had a dealing with a server that should have paid for my meal. The server I had was a tall Caucasian male. Will not be naming him. From my first interaction with him I knew that he was rude, disrespectful, and unattentive. He asked for beverages and completely disregarded my order and just walked away. We ordered our meal and were told that he got it all as we were very specific about our order. We get our order and we did not receive specifically what we asked. He checks up on us and we tell him issues that we have and he leaves when we are not done speaking to him. We speak to another server about him who claims to be a trainee (which I believe might be an excuse to be allowed to mess up some more). She then proceeds to tell him what we had issues with. He does not come to our table to apologize nor does he ever come to help us again. I did not even have the patience to speak to a manager at the end of my meal. I was not even content eating my meal. I was even unhappy on my way home. Overall I am very dissatisfied with the service. This has been the most unpleasant experience I have ever had in my dining experience. I would rate this experience negative stars if that was possible. I will also be emailing corporate about this individual and overall staff as I am sure the manager knew about this happening and they dealt with it in their own way which did not help at all, actually made it much worse.

I've been to this location several time with my girlfriend and it can be very spotty when it comes to the service and food quality. But tonight was by far the best on all fronts! Our server was Jensen and he took great care of us,he ran us down their happy hour specials. The drinks were out fast, food came out hot and we had everything we needed. He even made sure to check in on us to see if we needed anything. So if your at this location ask for Jensens section!

Rude rude rude! I called to see if they were showing the fight and I got my head bit off by Alissa (?) who answered the phone! Me: hi quick question are u showing the fight tonight? Her: UH YA BUT WE HAVE A FULL PATIO A FULL BAR AND A FULL DINING ROOM WE WONT BE ABLE TO SEAT U FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS. It wasn't what she said it was how....she was SO RUDE and then....CLICK. Yep she hangs up on me. Ok guess I didn't have another question. Very rude customer service. Guess since they are so busy they don't need to be nice to customers or would be customers.

First of all, I am a WING FANATIC. Ill always try the wings everywhere I go. I eat buffalo sauce on everything. BWW is a wing restaurant and bar. Take away the wing restaurant part of that, and they are respectable. That being said, their wings are mediocre at best. Small, frozen, and crazy expensive. They do have good sauces though. The spicy garlic and the mango habanero are good, but dont try to mix sauces, they wont do it. That's actually the reason for this review. I like to mix the "Wild sauce" and the "mango habanero" (tossed) and they wont do it. Why? Beats me. Good atmosphere for drinking and watching the game, wings are overpriced. I'd give em 2.5 stars if I could. Their service rounds it down to a 2

Services were terrible. Bradie was the absolute worst server I have ever had. During my hour to hour and a half stay she checked on my party and I only once. She came to take our order and to drop off the check after being asked by another server by us. She not once asked how our food was or if our drinks could be refilled. Because of her, I will not be returning to any Buffalo Wild Wings.

Really horrible service. Sat at one of the tables in the bar area for 20min and flagged a waitress down. She made it clear that she wasnt our server but she can get us water. How nice of her. We moved to the actual bar and waited for the bartender (Daniel?) to help us but he was super busy laughing and holding a conversation with one of the servers. They were probably conversating - "Look at these customers. They probably think that we re really going to do our job and serve them. Haha bro." I think these servers are rejects from the BJs restaurant. Maybe thats why they hate their job and look like theyre slowly dying inside?

Normally I don't write bad reviews on yelp but this time I am so done. I had to wait an hour just to get seated . I came multiple times to get an update on the wait time and they kept telling me 20 more minutes... 20 more minutes....like are you serious?! Okay here is what is seriously pissing me off. I came here to enjoy my two favorite flavors: Parmesan Garlic and Asian Zing. Guess what?! They decided not to have those flavors today along with other flavors. Are you kidding me?! Also it took forever for our wings to come out. Ugh just so done. Buffalo Wild Wings you failed me today........

DJ sucks. Playing random shit that wasn't even songs or a mix. Service is horrible they usually forget to give us napkins of all things. Flavour for the wings are never consistent. Sometimes it's spicy and sometime it's weak. Pretty much flavours don't match their name. Game machine takes up a good portion of the booth making guest squeeze in.

Horrible service! Waited so long for our food and they only come once to drop off the food and you won't see them again. And there was a hair in our order. Gross!

Went here yesterday around 3:30pm with my husband and we loved the wings and their sauces. Out waiter was great very helpful and always checking on us, didn't get his name. We went on their happy hr and got a huge plate of nachos for half off and only paid $5

My fiance and I went to BWW in Huntington Beach last Saturday for lunch. It was moderately busy with about a 1/3 of the place having open tables. We were sat promptly and the hostess was willing to sit us where we wanted to be...facing the Trivia Game TV so we can play. That was entertaining but the problem, and reasoning for 3 stars, was the long delay and quality of food we received. We waited for our food for about 20 minutes and we only ordered a few wraps. Others that were sat after us received their food first. When we got our food, we did not have any silverware or napkins so had to wait a few more minutes before we could enjoy it. The food was so-so; nothing to keep us wanting to regularly come back.

This was a pretty cool BWW. The food was excellent and cooked really well. I think the best part was the service. First off we were seated by a great hostess named Juliette. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about what specials they had. The server was good as well. He took our order and the food came out really fast. Everything was great. I will definitely come back to this BWW.

Great food, but service is unacceptable. Corporate should do random secret shopper checks to see why this particular spot has so many bad reviews. I think the people in the kitchen are solid at what they do, but the servers do not deliver service. Location is great, TV's are solid. Food is awesome. Medium sauce for me hits a home run. Nachos are yummy, add chicken. Build your own burger options are a good option on the menu. Ingredients were fresh. Will definitely come back to BWW, but may drive to another location if the service continues to lack.

This is the absolute worst BWW location ever! I came here cause it's closer to my house but I'd rather take the farther trip to orange! after my experience today...I'm never coming back to this shitty place and let me tell you the food is not the reason ! I'm talking about absolutely everyone that works there ! There service is beyond horrible , this has to be the worst I've ever dealt with...it's a joke ! I'd rather order Pizza Hut wings than deal with anyone at this lov cation....if I were the manager , I'd think about hiring new people A.S.A.P , it's why this place sucks so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They're slow....rude, they mess everything up , and they don't even care about the person they're serving they're just giggling in their corner...I'm so appalled!!!! Horrific place ! You won't catch me there anytime soon until this is fixed! Food was pretty good tho and there was one brunette waitress who did try her best it seems , fire everyone else !! I'd give this place 0 stars....

Service was great when this place opened a few years ago, unfortunately things have gone down hill since. Service here is horrible. Just left after waiting for 10 minutes in the bar area with NO ONE acknowledging my family and I. This is the last time I will go here.

Food was good but man... service was just so terrible! I think her name was nelly, never refilled our waters, was too busy chit chatting, had to ask 2 other workers twice that we were ready to order. Oh and I dont know why they'd allow her to have a piercing be visiable (on her upper middle lip), especially in the food industry. Another worker Todd was kind enough to help us out and get us utensils and ranch. Enough said she needs to be retrained!

So my friends and i came around 9pm to this place and i waited my time to get seated and it was 10 mins not bad. Sat down waited for someone to come serve us food but no one was kind enough to come by. Literally the service was bad. So i asked a server to find out who our server was since i didnt have one. After i ordered the food. I timed them to see how long it would take for the food to come out. The time to get the food out was about 25 mins total for only a few wings and it wasnt busy and there was a lot of people working. So they gave my bill 50 percent off cause they lost my order apparently. So after we finished eating my server was no where to be found so i called another server named "Billy" and i asked if i can get the check. His response "im not your waiter" and walks off. I find that very rude and i hope you teach your waiters or waitress to serve better

The people who work here obviously hate their jobs. They're rude and act like you are inconveniencing them just by being here. And we're raising minimum wage for people like that? No thanks. I'll take my business somewhere else. Just walked out because we have been waiting for a server for 15 mins and nothing.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!! Shitty beyond belief. The service here is beyond awful. I asked for 22 wings and they gave me 3 less wings. I let it go and wanted to tell them at the end as everyone knows how long it takes for wings to come out. So, I told the waiter, DAN, he made a mistake so he should not charge for those 3 wings. Dan, who should really be fired, told us to wait and pulled out the "Manager." She comes out and asks us what the matter is and we had to retell our incident. She gives us a pretentious smile and mocking pitiful look and offends us saying she does not believe us. OVER 3 WINGS!??!!? EQUIVALENT TO ~$2.00?! WOW your company gives out $5.00 coupons and you're here giving us shat for 3 wings. Seriously, we should have made you COUNT OUR BONES. Disgusting waste of time. Why is she managing this place again? I love Buffalo Wild Wings for what is; however, you have just lost a large party of your customers and I will make sure my friends know just how terrible you are at serving SIMPLE food. If you can't count, please give others a chance at employment. P.S. Make sure you don't let DAN be your server; he's the Asian dude with the glasses! A friendly warning. Save your appetite for the Block at Orange, CA! Way better service :)

I came in with my friends around 1250 am the other night thinking that they closed at 2am. I only thought that because it says on yelp and Google 2am.... I was informed after being told self seating in the bar area was available that last call for food was now and last call for alcohol has already been made. So I made my order and when the waiter came back with my water I asked why last call was made so early for alcohol. The waiter told me they were closing at 1am but management doesn't change the signs... The whole time I was waiting for my food I could sense the tension of the other wait staff closing up. They were slamming chair around us and just made us uncomfortable. I'd understand if I wasn't told at the door they were closing but I wasn't. The wings were smaller and dryer then usual. Other than my waiter being totally awesome this experience was horrible.

skimpy. skimpy. skimpy. i haven't been to a bww in a really long time, but ever since they changed the sizing of the wings...it seems you get way less for more money. since when did two fractions of less than half a celery stick and two slices of carrots as thin as paper became passable?

    (2)

Worst customer service ever and the manager Alex she's supposed to be leading by example . I've gone to bww in orange , brea , Buena Park and Ontario by far this is the worst . You have five tables open ima even say six . Counting the big one In the back ? And I still can't get seated waiters everywhere talking . ? So I sat my self and my party but the manager ask me to get up and continue to wait !??? The place ain't even busy !! Poor management skills ! SMH

This review is based solely on the food because I know a lot of people have issues with the service and I do not need to say anymore on that. I love love love the wings and the fries here! I always get the Asian Zing and Jammin' Jalapeno. If I'm craving spicy, the Mango Habanero hits the spot. Literally a punch in the mouth and stomach spicy! The fries are the best tasting fries here. Definitely worth getting. Also, the veggie boat is a great add on. Very upbeat atmosphere and a very fun place to come with friends and loved ones to eat and drink especially for happy hour! :)

Spicier than your average bdubbs. Beer selection has gotten a bit better, they carry deschutes white chain IPA and black butte porter (a personal favorite). They still got a long way to go though...WHERE'S STONE?! No true belgian beers either. Sigh. Someday all bars will have delicious beers, but that day is not today. Happy hour runs 10 to close...not sure about Friday and Saturday. I'm usually here on Tuesdays for cheap wings of course (: Good happy hour: Craft beer are like 3.75, pretty cheap. Half off most appetizers and some specials on well drink and margaritas as well. I usually get the chili con queso. Happy eats!

First time trying this place.. sadly not impressed. I don't like writing bad reviews but the whole experience was lacking. We waited around 20 minutes for someone to take our order until we finally just got up to get someone ourselves. Her reaction when she came over "Oh... did you want to order?" *face palm* Did the service get better as the day went on? Sadly that isn't the happy ending to this story. I understand this place is laid back but it shouldn't mean unattentive and slow service. I would be for giving this restaurant another chance since the food was alright and the flavors good, but not this particular location.

Variety is always good and that's what Buffalo Wild Wings has. They have everything that a good chicken wing place should have but their service! Why oh why would you hire staff that seem so lost in space that they could double up as explorer cadets up there?! That aside, it's a great place. Food is always on point, yet to be disappointed.

First off, the place JUST opened last week so I'm sure they are still working out their kinks. We sat at the bar. There's a low spot of the bar that's set like a regular table which is kind of odd. I kinda felt like a little kid, sitting at the bar. But it was cool. My husband's wings came out kinda cold. They were cooked all the way , but it was like they had been sitting in the kitchen waiting for a waiter to bring them out and the staff just kinda forget about 'em. When we told the bartender, she brought over the manager he apologized and brought out a new plate of hot wings. He had said he was going to take them off the bill - but we still ended up getting charged for them at the end of the night. Not sure what happened there... he said the (second) wings were good though. I wish they put more Rum in my Captain & Diets! They measure everything to the nth degree, which is cool I guess but... come on, throw a little extra in there so I can actually TASTE the ALCOHOL! Seemed they were trying to figure out how the music worked too - lots of times the music would come blaring really loud and then they'd find the volume button. It was kind of annoying and impossible to carry on conversations at times. The bartenders were nice and friendly. The place was pretty hoppin. They are in a great area so I'm sure it's going to do well once they work out the kinks.

First time here at this new location with some friends! Got to try mango habanero, spicy garlic, Parmesan garlic, and Asian zing. Everything tasted like the other place besides the Parmesan garlic. They make it very good here because the Parmesan is melted with the garlic. Our server was good, very attentive but a little too much. (Kept checking up way too much) I just wanted to eat haha. The food took awhile to come out also but overall, the place is good I'd come back cause its more convenient than BP or the block

After going here several times for the past month or so, I have to say that out of all the restaurants that I've ate at, this place tops my list for the worst service experience. I'm not a person to hold grudges so after the first time I had a bad experience I came back and it was still just as bad but I didn't want to believe how horrendous the service could be, so I came back a third time. Yes you might've guessed it, the third time was just as horrible. (That's why I'm writing this review) I would give their service 1 star because most of the workers just hang around and talk while their customers are patiently waiting to pay for their food or to get their food. I think the longest time I had to wait for my food to come out was around 30 to 40 minutes. As for the wings some days it's good and others not so much. (They get a little cheap when it comes to how much sauce they put on their wings) But overall I would give the food 3 stars because the fries are somewhat delightful. I would totally change the rating on this restaurant if their workers actually paid attention to the customers!!!

Using my bf's account. I've been here twice already and both times the service was what killed the experience for me. I went today for my dad's birthday. At first, our server, Sarah, was pretty good, but over time, I was just annoyed. She came to our table only once after taking our orders and I had to wave her down the second time after looking around for anyone to come to us for about 10 minutes. We had 3 orders of wings which means 3 orders of celery/carrots. We only got 2. When I asked her for more celery since we never got our other side, she charged us for it. It didn't matter about the price cause it was only $1, but it's the fact that I had asked her when we were ordering that I specifically wanted only celery in mine and never even got it. On top of that, she completely forgot our fries. We got them at the END of our meal AFTER finishing all of our food. I figured they were just busy and still making them, but when I realized she just forgot, she wasn't even around. She saw my dad's empty glass and never even offered to refill it. Granted, I'm a server too, so I'm much more critical about service, but this was just horrible. The food was just okay. I think WingNuts is better to be honest. I love all the TVs and decor though. Other than that, this place sucks. Service more than anything.

We have been there twice now.... THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE and the wait to get your food is FOREVER LONG. The food is good, but not worth the wait or LACK of service. 100 other places to get wings and beer.....

I truly will never understand the allure of Buffalo Wild Wings (b dub) food is sub par at best service at everyone location I've ever been to has alway been appalling. I never require much from servers but if I'm acting as if I'm the new cheerleader at your place of business an still not getting the attention of 4 different servers it's never a good thing. Throw in the fact that I was sitting right in front of the kitchen makes it even worse. My server at first was checking in with our table though during the duration of our stay it was not busy what so ever. As the dinning experience continued on the waitress began slowly but surely to give more and more of a attitude though all I was ordering was beer and my other guest already received everything they ordered. Towards the end the waitresses demeanor was so abrasive we felt we had no other choice but to pay and leave. I would love to say I will never have to eat at this franchise at any location for the rest of my life but. Having younger people in my life prone to following the trend I will be back and dreading every moment as every other experience I've ever had at this location an at any other. Over all it is what it is we live in the world we do my trips here would surely be better if I didn't feel as though the waitress didn't feel so highly of herself an treated her patrons a tad bit better. Good luck to other yelpers but as this is yelp this has been my experience over more than 10 trips. The definition of insanity says it all.

What a disappointment. I go in to watch my team and have to sit in the bar listening to the main game playing with the volume turned up so loud I had to scream at the server to order. then, they change the channel on my game and when I notify them, they tune it in on another TV, so I have to move to see it. this happened with at least 3 other games during the day and people were forced to move around to keep watching their game. I also became annoyed when the other tv's were switched because I was watching them as well and one game was turned off and I was not able to keep watching it at all. The volume got louder and more annoying, I find it hard to believe that even the people watching that game were enjoying the intense volume. On a personal note, the place now serves Pepsi instead of Coke, and Pepsi is crap. The burger was substandard, I could have had a better burger at Burger King. In the end, I paid 15 dollars for a less than average burger, a small handful of McDonald's caliber fries, and a soda that rides bitch to coke, or even RC for that matter. The service was decent, nothing more, but I did not get much because I was not a big dollar ticket buying a lot of alcohol. Never going back. Too bad, because there just seems to be no decent sports bar to go to anymore.

Came by last Thurs and well it's a BWW, so what do you expect. However I had one of the best experiences here. I've been to several and so far this is the best one. My friend Tim and I sat at the bar. We were helped by Jesse the bartender. Awesome gal, she gave us good service and kept us happy. Very outgoing and had an awesome Pokemon tattoo. But yea I'll definitely be back. We came during happy hour and it just so happen that it was 65 cent wing Thurs.

My experience was mellow and enjoyable. Went on a saturday so it was extremely crowded but instantly snagged a table in the bar. We got service pretty quickly and pretty decent selection of beer. I'm always happy to see a bar carrying IPA's. One critical thing in my opinion is that the lighting in here is far too bright. I wish it would be dimmed down a bit more like a yard house or BJ's. Kind of felt like I was in an adult chuck e cheese. Other than that, the beers are cold & the wings are good with tons of different rubs to choose from *Mango Habanero* was very good! Sweet n spicy just to my liking. I will be coming back for happy hour.

Buffalo Wild Wings at Bella Terra opened on Halloween day! I would have never known except for I saw a worker tweet about it............I'm super excited because I live just across the street and I don't have to drive all the way to Buena park anymore!! Woo Hoo! And they have lunch specials at this one...7.99 for 8 wings and fries! Went today and there were a TON of workers!!! Our waitress was super nice I wish I would have got her name to mention her. I got my usual 12 traditional Garlic Parmesan wings and Onion rings....Delicious!

Terrible. Messed up a phone order and didn't even offer to comp anything for making me wait an extra hour over the two hours I gave them from when I put in the order. I get it it's new and the staff still is not ready for being crazy busy, but the manager needs to be more attentive to resolve or placate unhappy guests.

Whelp, Buffalo Wild Wings finally opened up at Bella Terra! Of course, I needed to eat some spicy meat after watching the newest James Bond flick, so here's where we ended up. As I think I've mentioned before, I'm not the sort of person that seeks out wings on a regular basis, but every once in awhile I get a craving for them. I went here knowing that one of my friends has her fantasy football league here. Yet I went anyway. That's why I'm going to say that this place is a solid 3 stars. Frankly, it's more of like a 2 star experience for someone like me who loathes sports with all her being, but I can't deny that the food was solidly tasty, if incredibly average and unremarkable. In fact, the whole place is incredibly average and unremarkable. Just like football. And screaming at the television when it's on. (I'm sorry, I just don't get it). We just came in for a little bit of food and ordered the 12 traditional (this means bone-in, but their signature wings are boneless) wings, half with parmesean garlic sauce and the other half with the mango habanero sauce. Now I like it HOT--I'm the sort of person who will order the hottest thing on the menu just because I don't believe you when you tell me that something is actually "fire" or "screamin'". However, I was pretty impressed with the Heat Level 6 that was on these suckers. Like, my chicken wings just cast a charm level 6 hot n' spicy taste sensation spell on me. That earned some respect. The garlic parmesean wings weren't hot, but they weren't meant to be--therefore, they were a good flavor compliment. Both sets of wings were big and juicy (take a lesson, Big Wangs...). The 12 of them cost $11.95--not the cheapest I've seen, but whatever, we're trying it out, here...We also ordered the Buffalo Dip appetizer ($6.99) which was tasty--it was a little fried tortilla shell with creamy buffalo flavored cheese dip on a massive mound of tortilla chips. Pretty good, not amazing, but good for snackies with beer. The service was nice if all the people in there seem a bit vapid. This is a young person's restaurant--we're talking lots of meatheads and hotties running around in their sports jerseys slinging beer and poorly mixed cocktails and watching the game with customers. Nothing wrong with it, just not my scene and not probably what most people would consider classic "good service", but everything was on time, the servers were friendly, and they seemed well-trained and enthusiastic. Okey-dokey. All in all, this place as the props and charm of any mediocre chain restaurant--it doesn't try to be anything it's not--think of it like a Pat and Oscar's or Chile's or Wingnuts...you get the picture. They do absolutely nothing differently except that they're closer to my house. I don't feel the need to go back, but trying it was worth it.

Not a lot of healthy food options, but we came for the wings. Great location right next to the theater and friendly bartender.
